“I have ordered cakes from you on numerous occasions and always been absolutely delighted. Unfortunately on this occasion the cake looked delicious but not one person managed to eat their full piece of cake.. I am not sure how to describe it, it was very dense and quite dry definitely not up to your usual standard. Pretty hard going to try and eat Sorry to give such poor feedback Linda williamson”

As discussed we have raised this very unusual incidence with our kitchen for investigation to make sure we get to the bottom of why this happened. “The tin of biscuits arrived in perfect condition, and very well packaged. As these were a Christmas present for my daughter, I wasn't really sure of what I was getting until she opened them on Christmas morning, but she was absolutely thrilled with the Nutcracker design, and especially loved the tin, I had considered the Beatrix Potter collection, but the Nutcracker seemed more appropriate. While the price seemed quite high at the time of ordering, having seen the quality of the decoration, and the way the biscuits were presented, it is definitely worth the money. I am very pleased with the product, and the service. Thank you.”

“I ordered a tin of biscuits for my husband as part of his Christmas present. They were beautifully decorated and delicious. A lovely gift for a special occasions. There are other designs I'm keen to try in the future too!”

“We live in the USA, and wanted something special to send over to my Mum-in-law for Christmas. I found your site and the biscuits looked so pretty, (wealso ordered some pretty chocolates) I could only hope they tasted as good as they looked! Mum loved them! We asked for delivery just before Christmas and sure enough, she received them on the 23rd December. Perfect timing! Thank you for making our gift special. It's hard to be away for Christmas.”

“The packaging and delivery was great as always is the case with Biscuiteers. However, the 3 kings were stuck onto the backing misaligned and I was led to believe it was a card, not 3 biscuits stuck to a bit of packaging.”

I've passed your feedback on to our production team so that they are aware of this and can take the appropriate measures to ensure this does not happen again. Our biscuit cards are so called as they are a Biscuit alternative to a traditional greetings card. As mentioned in the product description these biscuits come in a beautiful presentation box, and include the option to have a gift message for the recipient. “I have already sent feedback by email about my disappointment with this product which I bought as an anniversary greeting for my parents. When I saw the product I could not believe how small it was for the price and £9.00 on top for delivery. I have now deleted my account after your inadequate response to my email.”

Hi Paula, Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts on our Champagne Biscuit Card. We do include the dimensions of the box that the two biscuits will arrive in in the product description so you know what you will be receiving prior to delivery. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the product that you received. We will certainly speak to the marketing and production team to ensure that the product description is as clear as it can possibly be going forwards. In regards to the delivery service, DPD offer us a premium weekend delivery service and are able to delivery on Saturdays and Sundays via courier, and this is therefore more expensive. I am happy to hear there were no issues with the delivery service itself, however I am sorry that you were disappointed by the price. Thank you again and best wishes - The Biscuiteers
