“I ordered the birthday card biscuit for a friend and they loved how unusual it was for a present. It looked so goos they didn't want to eat it! The only disappointing thing was that it was delivered a day late!”

“Nice packaging, but my delivery (a birthday card package) did not arrive on the correct date. When I asked biscuiteers about it they just drew my attention to their ‘95%’ delivery estimate. Certainly not 100% ‘biscuit happiness’ as another part of the website claims.”

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. With our Royal Mail service we do say that 95% of deliveries will arrive the day you select at checkout and a small amount can arrive the following working day. However, having tracked your order I can see that your order was delivered on the day you selected at checkout, perhaps just later than when you initially contacted us. “Poor customer service when I complained about the delivery being too late. Recieved a fob off communication and nothing since. Certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know.”

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. With our Royal Mail next day delivery service it is not guaranteed that the delivery will arrive the next day. We do try to make this clear on our website and customer's order confirmation emails, by stating: '*Please note this is not a guaranteed delivery date. 95% of deliveries will be made on your chosen date (Mon-Sat excluding Bank Holidays), the remaining 5% will be delivered the following day.' Therefore, it can sometimes take 48 hours for delivery to be completed with this service. I believe a member of our customer service team has now been in contact with you to resolve this. “Beautifully decorated biscuit I purchased the item as it was advertised as a biscuit card, however when it arrived the biscuit was in its own box and the 'card' was a folded piece of paper I would not have made the purchase had I realised it was not all incorporated into a card £14 including delivery for a biscuit is overpriced”

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Our Biscuit Cards are a singular biscuit nestled inside our hand-illustrated gift boxes. They make gorgeous gifts and what’s more our keepsake boxes are perfect for storing bits and bobs once the the biscuit has gone. For all orders you also have the option to include a printed gift message to let the recipient know who the gift is from. We do try to make this clear on each items product page through images and product description but we do apologise for any confusion here. We really hope the recipient enjoyed their gift. “My father in law was absolutely delighted with his ski themed biscuits as a 70th birthday treat. The added personalisation was lovely and he excitedly showed off all the different biscuits over a Skype call with his grandchildren who were more than a little jealous of all the delicious looking biscuits. “Too pretty too eat” as he said!”

Our biscuits are slightly more expensive than other Biscuits for sale as every single biscuit is handmade and hand iced using old fashioned, non-industrialised techniques. Every single biscuit is lovingly made from start to finish and each one is therefore totally individual. We feel this adds to the charm of the biscuit, which can be seen through our designs. “If I could give a zero, I would. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time the order arrived 24 hours late after the birthday party had happened despite me specifying the day before. I received a refund once I returned the items. Against my better judgement I ordered Mothers’ Day biscuits this week. The money was taken out of my account on Wednesday and I have an order number, but the order has not arrived today as requested. It is too late for me to post a card and no florist will deliver. Working days are ‘Monday - friday’ so clearly no one will reply to my voice mail before Monday. Disappointed does not begin to describe how I feel. In fact, I cried that I am unable to send my 80-year-old mother anything for the first time ever and she lives a flight away. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!”

“WOW! Just received the latest box of iced biscuits from Biscuiteers for my Grandson Joseph who is 3 years old! He loves them! Beautiful box, fantastic presentation AND 16 whole biscuits for him to enjoy as an occasional treat over the next month or so! The biscuits are like works of art! Almost too good to eat UNTIL you bite into one... and then you are smitten! The biscuits were delivered by Royal Mail. Faultless tracking and delivery. . Fabulous packaging ensuring your Biscuits arrive in pristine condition! Opening the package adds to the indulgent experience! What a treat ❤️😍 Forget flowers!
