I ordered and paid for my biscuit on the 28th February for my friend who lost her mum and hoped it would arrive on the 1st March. I understand there was snow and adverse weather conditions during this week but she only received it yesterday (7th March) and I feel really disappointed with this :( it states on your website that 95% of deliveries are delivered the next day and the remaining 5% on the following day but in my experience this is not the case. I really wanted my friend to receive it ASAP and am disappointed it took so long, considering I paid almost £5 for delivery.

Present for my mother. She said it was beautifully presented and she was very impressed it didn’t smash having been posted through letterbox. She said the biscuit was very tasty but thought the icing was a bit too brittle, if came off in one piece when she bit into the biscuit. Said she was really pleased to receive it

To be clear, I like the product, the biscuits I have received have been lovely and those I have sent have been well received, when they have arrived. However customer service is absolutely appalling for an expensive novelty item. Not only are email contact response times painfully slow but their idea of a goodwill gesture for expensively ruining a gift with late arrival and poor website function is risible, Briefly, there is a problem with the website and two months in from my first brush with it it goes I rectified. The issue is that you select a delivery date and then at check out it tells you that it is unavailable for your address, mainland UK in this case, commuter belt for a major city. The first time I went around in circles trying to rectify this and sent numerous emails which got appallingly slow responses (I'm living outside of the uk so phone wasn't an option for various reasons), I literally lost hours of my life and the biscuits arrived abut four days after the recipient's birthday. I was offered a £5 credit which I found underwhelming. However, today I thought I might try again for Mother's Day same issue on the website and no answer to my email. So, I'd give the biscuits four stars, five for beauty and three for taste, they are on the hard side but still nice enough. Customer service a gets resounding nil.

Although it looked good, it did not taste good. It was too hard to bite. Just an ornament really.

I sent my box as a gift and the recipients were thrilled and delighted. They arrived on time and were a real surprise, they hadn’t heard of you before but I think you will have a few new customers as a result. The biscuits were little works of art, beautifully packaged and a real treat.

My brother and sister-in-law were delighted with the Baby Shower biscuit tin - the biscuits looked amazing (almost too good to eat!) and tasted fantastic!

Biscuits arrived in Hong Kong on time but sadly two of the biscuits were smashed upon arrival. There was no personalisation evident. Recipient said biscuits were delicious however. I would not order for overseas again .
