“I made a book order that was in stock on 06 02 2026. I rang their customer service telephone number to find out when I can expect to receive my book today (11 02 2026). The customer service advisor at the other end of the phone informed me she expected my book to to arrive at the dispatch centre by the end of this week and then it can take between 2-4 business days to arrive. Their is no way of tracking if you did not buy through an account. So, it can take potentially 2 weeks to receive a book bought online from Blackwells even if you live in the UK. Appalling slow and poor service. Never again after my first and only order.”

Barbara Hunt und ihr Team nahmen sich die Zeit, meine Situation zu verstehen und begleiteten mich mit Sorgfalt und Professionalität. Die Kommunikation war stets klar und transparent, mit regelmäßigen Updates und ohne unrealistische Versprechungen. Sie erklärten mir jeden Schritt und führten mich Schritt für Schritt an. Es war kein schneller oder einfacher Prozess, aber am Ende wurde alles geklärt, und ich bin sehr dankbar für die Unterstützung.”
