Terrible Experience with Bloomex (Order #4361368 - March 12, 2024). I placed an order (#4361368) on March 12, 2024, for a special occasion, hoping to send a thoughtful gift to my sister in Canada. However, the entire process was a complete disaster from start to finish. No flowers were ever delivered and Bloomex are refusing to refund my money. Firstly, Bloomex unilaterally changed the delivery date without consulting me, citing logistical reasons. Despite my concerns, I compromised by agreeing to the new delivery date, thinking, if the flowers were to arrive sooner than the occasion that was better than later. Bloomex then left me completely in the dark about the status of my order. Their promised updates and promised store credit for compromising on the earlier delivery date never materialized. When I reached out to inquire about the delivery some days later, I received vague responses and no confirmation whether the order was actually delivered or not. It wasn't until I escalated the issue that I eventually learned my order hadn't been delivered due to a "courier mistake." I had to chase down this information. Despite admitting fault in writing, Bloomex are refusing to issue a refund and instead are offering to resend the order or provide an in-store credit. Why would I want in store credit for a company as unreliable and uncommunicative as this? Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes speaks volumes about their lack of integrity. I have received neither goods nor services in exchange for my hard earned money. I am left with no choice but to escalate the matter with my bank and will be requesting a chargeback on my Mastercard. It's unfortunate that Bloomex's incompetence and disregard for their customers forced me to take such time consuming measures. I strongly advise others against doing business with Bloomex if you value reliability, transparency, and actually receiving goods or services in exchange for your money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid being scammed by Bloomex at all costs.

Worse place to deal with. I purchased spring tulips for my friend battling cancer, going through chemo to brighten her day. The quality of flowers were below average, vase for flowers to small and topples over if not leaned against anything. Flowers just left at door. I was so embarrassed with what was delivered. I wanted to do something nice for sick friend. I was charged $65 and will NEVER DEAL with Bloomex again. Second time around with poor quality service. 1st time they gave me $10 credit. I gave another chance. So disappointed.

I placed 2 orders on March 11th for a delivery on the 15th. Nothing was delivered, no emails or texts saying the order was not coming. I had to call March 16th and be told they might be here in another week. Please save you money

I ordered a birthday flower delivery. They never sent the flowers and never notified me of this fact. I was therefore unable to make other arrangements for sending a gift for what was a milestone birthday. Incredibly disappointed by this company. After I followed up they offered to send flowers after the birthday was already passed which was of no use.

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever had, order flowers 3 days prior for my Mothers citizenship ceremony that I was unable to attend, by 4pm they had not arrived call their call centre , the system was broken and kept cutting me off, after the 4th time I got through only to be told they would be delivered before e8pm, when I pointed out that the tiny rural township she lived in wouldn't have a courier service that late I was told to wait, they of course were not delivered and my mother thought all day I had forgotten. They arrived the next morning by post in a manky looking cardboard box, they had no water and were dry and crushed, I had ordered the extravagant option, these looked like they were from the supermarket, with cheap plastic wrap and were far from extravagant. When I contacted them, I had to send photos, twice, then they came back with an email saying I would be offered 15% off my next order, are you kidding me!!! NEVER use this company, their product is shoddy and their customer service the worst I have ever experienced!!

My sister ordered flowers for my birthday, was never delivered on the date that was supposed to be and they refused to refund her!! I received almost dead flowers few days later!! I hope my experience helps others!

The flowers I purchased for my mothers 90th birthday were 8 days late and were dead.I have asked for my money back.They have told me on numerous ocassions they would refund my money.Order was placed on the 06/02/2024 Don't waste your money.

I wish that no one ever uses this service. They take money for the order and then don't bring it for a week. They don't call back for clarification, they don't do anything at all - they just use my money. Now I am trying to get my money back. Never again. Bloomex - scum.

Worst service ever!! No communication. Delivered 6 roses 4 days post requested delivery date. No contact to my email.. which they asked for twice.. no Contact to my daughter.. had their number too. I ordered a dozen roses.. they delivered 6!! I’m calling visa to cancel Payment. DO NOT ORDER THRU BLOOMEX!!

Terrible service! The order was made on February 13. Waiting for an order for 2 days is normal? Information about "same day delivery" on social networks is a LIE! 👎 The consultants with whom I spoke in the chat allow themselves not to respond to the client's message! She insisted that it be brought today, although it should have been brought yesterday! But neither yesterday nor today I received anything! Is this the norm for you too? Your services ruined my yesterday and today! 😡 Immediate clarification and full refund required!

I pre-ordered flowers Monday 12/02/24 to be delivered Friday 16/02/24 to Coopers Plains work adress, due to flooding everyone was evacuated at work and sent home, I got the home address of the lady who the flowers were for and they are refusing to change the delivery to this address which is only 20 mins away from the original address, so if they can't change the delivery address I requested a refund which they are also refusing to do. Very unhappy with this service and will never use again if this can't be rectified one way or another.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this company. The Customer Service starts at zero and then tapers off… Actually receiving the flowers which have been ordered is next to impossible. If you aren’t home at the unspecified time they deliver, then you’d best forget it…. If you think you can call Customer Service and actually speak to someone, allow a minimum of literally ten hours of repeated attempts to get through…. In the extremely unlikely event you do get through and they PROMISE that your flowers will in fact be re-delivered TODAY, take this with a pinch of salt, as you are probably more likely to see a reincarnation of Elvis today than the promised flowers… If by some absolute fluke, you do receive your flowers, do not assume that they will be fresh and even if you send photos to prove you received faded blooms, do not expect anything approaching a satisfactory or vaguely reasonable response from Bloomex… At the end of the day, if you would like to get flowers for yourself or a loved one, I would recommend you avoid ordering from this company even if it means driving two hundred miles to the next florist. Believe me, it will be a much better choice than wasting a single second or a dime on ordering from Bloomex. This company is a disaster and I have absolutely no idea how they remain in business - it’s a 21st century mystery…

Bloomex Scammed me out $145 for flowers I wanted sent to a friend who had recently lost her mother. 2 weeks past the delivery date (paid EXTRA for express) and my friend still hadn’t received the order. I contacted “Bloomex Customer Service” and they tell me the order was attempted to be delivered however the delivery driver didn’t “feel comfortable” leaving it at the door and said if I wanted attempt to re-deliver I’d have to pay additional fees. I declined and requested a refund for my order, the “customer service rep” said they have escalated my complaint to management and I’d hear back in 24hr. I did not hear back from them, so I called back a further 3 times, 5 days after making the initial complaint and request for refund and had still not heard back from “management”. It has now been 3 months since I request the refund from Bloomex for the $145 order that was NEVER delivered and I haven’t received a CENT back from Bloomex.

Très mauvais service, incapable d'honorer leurs offres... À ÉVITER !!! Le service client se contente de répéter les mêmes excuses en disant que votre commande est en cours d'emballage et sera livrée dès que possible... J'ai payé pour un service de livraison rapide... Perte de temps et d'argent.

Total nightmare. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my sister, who was recovering from surgery. It was to arrive on the Sunday, it did not, I called and they said it would arrive on the Tue, it did not, I called on Wed and was told it was "due to a supply shortage" but it would be delivered asap, however I received an email telling me it would be delivered by Friday and no mention of a shortage. I just called now (Fri) still no delivery and they offered to "cancel and credit my card" ....unacceptable and I feel I was given the run around with untruthful answers. Heather Mississauga ON

I got 10 flowers! Look at the pics please. I paid 167 dollars for a 2 dozen flowers and supersized it into 30. Two mylar balloons. A pink vase. Birthday card. Truffles. They sent this and wanted to give me credit. I don't want to do business with them anymore. Cause I saw what kinda business they do. They should've called me and said they can't fulfill the order. They said the location wasn't in their market and the local florist has to put something together. I asked for a refund and they said it's against policy. I will share this review on all sites and make sure everyone never uses them.
