Ordered and paid for same day delivery. Was told not 10 minutes later by email that went to spam that they couldn’t be delivered until the following day but would be upgraded free of charge. Not sure why I was offered same day service if it wasn’t available and why they were happy to take the extra money for it. I didn’t want an upgrade - I wanted same day delivery. And if the flowers they sent are upgraded I’d hate to see what the original would have been like. Terrible service - will not use again.

I am so disgusted with the service I received for the ordering of 3 gift baskets for our children for Christmas. I placed the orders over the phone well in advance. When I received the email confirmation of the orders, there was an error on the spelling of one of our children’s name. I called back to correct the spelling and got someone whose accent was very difficult to understand and the background noise on their end made it even more difficult but we did get it corrected. All the information was there for addresses, names, a message and telephone contact number for each order. Two orders were delivered on the requested delivery dates. With the third order I received a message that the delivery driver could not deliver as there was no one there and how did I want to handle it. I called Bloomex and was told that I would be charged another delivery fee and didn’t know when they could deliver it - probably not until new year. First of all I questioned why they did not use the phone number supplied to call my son as he was in fact there when they said the delivery took place. My son has a outside camera and said it showed a truck arriving and driving away. So next question, why do I have to pay for another delivery fee when it was lack of service on your end and also now it won’t be there for Christmas? This truly upset me and I asked Paula to cancel the order and give me a refund. She told me I couldn’t have a refund but she would waive the additional delivery charge. We bantered back and forth and I was not happy with the new year delivery date - that was not acceptable!!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor. She indicated there is no supervisor and I had to talk to her. The conversation did not go well and she hung up on me. I called back and this time my husband talked to someone else who tried to help out by getting the order delivered on the date originally requested. My son finally did get it and they did call him the second time. Why couldn’t this have happened from the original instructions and why does it come down to getting extremely upset. The customer service was into the negatives and sub par at best. If you can’t follow through appropriately, then give the customer a refund!!!! I will never order from Bloomex again and will never recommend you to anyone. I am so disappointed with how this took place.

We ordered two expensive flower arrangements to be delivered to separate addresses. Both ended up being delivered to our billing address through an apparent default in the Bloomex system. We had received an email saying there had been a change to our order but when we clicked on the link, no details were provided. We called Bloomex to complain and were told simply that the flowers had been delivered to the address on their system (wrong) and that there was nothing further they would do. We asked for a credit and they said no. We asked for our case to be escalated to a manager and they refused. We will never use this company again. A waste of $175. Beware.

Not worth the aggravation the worst customer service ever they screwed up my xmas order ($107.00) by sending 2 plants that l didn't order instead of a Lindt basket of chocolates & they wouldn't own up to their mistake ruined my xmas as well as the recipient offered a $20.00 gift certificate for compensation are you kidding l will never shop here again & will be contacting the Better Business Bureau

Will not even give you a one star rating! My 6 year old grandchild could have done a better job on the centerpiece. |Will never order from you again. You should be charged for fraud.

These guys are the worst ever- took my parents money and never even ended up getting anything from them ! They kept saying they’d deliver something and never ever did.

I would never use this Company again. I ordered flowers and chocolate with specific request. My daughter was Lactose intolerant and they sent the items. I also asked for Bright & Cheerful flowers ended up with pale pink and blue. Order was £109.63 completely wrong flowers arrived half dead. Petals were brown on the edge of Carnations. They then wanted money to go to collect them. Communication with them Rubbish.Ended up on Snap Chat as I was unable to get e mails to them. The Management Team who were supposed to be dealing with the complaint would not speak to me direct, several promises made by them,which did not happen. Ended up contacting my Bank to raise a dispute. They would not provide me with the Snap Chat details for my bank. This is illegal under data protection I was unable to provide evidence. .I am 72 years old disabled and I spent days on this snap chat. I do not need the hassle. After a month they have finally sent me a part refund. I am still out of pocket with no fault on my part. This company only wants your orders there is NO customer after-sales service.BUYER BEWARE. I am £34 out of pocket. but have to cut my loses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.,

I ordered some sympathy flowers online and was guaranteed same day delivery. I was contacted by an employee and asked if it was ok to deliver in 4 days instead. I let them know it wasn't and tried to cancel the order to order through another same day service. I was guaranteed delivery that day. 3 days later I get a message they are just packing them. I tried to call to can el and the phone number in the email wasn't valid. They have not returned emails. Terrible company 👎👎

Terrible quality flowers...disaster right out of the box. Old looking and not at all worth the money spent. I've seen better weeds. I'm giving up trying get any satisfaction with these shysters. A complete waste of time. Zero customer service. Never again.

Stay away. Didnt deliver flowers on time. When request for refund they said they would and nothing happened. Second time calling they would not give me a refund still but would call me back. When asked what number they had on file, they couldnt provide me one. Biggest scam ever.

I order Birthday Bundle and add Red Wine.Never recieve red wine and no flower vase.Call bloomex next day to complaint. I was told to send my complaint to we care@bloomex but I was blocked.Scamer..Refund my 20 dollar.BLOOMEX is terrible....

The worst experience and the ugliest basket. Save your money and buy a bag of apples and a basket from the dollar store and you can create the same thing they offer for 6.00

Absolutely disgusted with the flower delivery service provided by Bloomex. I ordered a bouquet for my anniversary, hoping to surprise my girlfriend with a beautiful arrangement. However, the flowers delivered were only half the size of what was advertised. This discrepancy completely ruined the surprise and derailed our special day. To add insult to injury, the vase I specifically requested was shattered upon arrival. Bloomex not only failed to deliver the promised product but also damaged what little they did deliver. What infuriates me the most is their refusal to issue a refund despite their gross incompetence. They have ruined a significant milestone for us, and their lack of accountability is appalling. I urge everyone who has suffered from Bloomex's subpar service to join forces in standing up for our consumer rights. It is unacceptable for a business to operate this way, and we should not let them get away with it. I strongly advise against anyone considering their services. Engaging with such a customer-centric business is simply unacceptable. Order number: 04200014. Company answer: "Although we do our best to acquire flowers that closely resemble the pictures on our website, there may be some variance due to differences in computer monitors and what Mother Nature provides from crop to crop. Please be aware that certain flowers may have shifted from their original position as a result of their travel time or the angle at which the picture was taken, which may mislead to assume otherwise. The design and the color scheme of the arrangement were upheld by the florist." P.S. I ordered the largest size - "Supersize"

For a supersized arrangement, my gift for a birthday was a scrawny bouquet that is hugely disappointing! I want to be refunded. Such a waste of money and so disappointing for the recipient. I’d attach a picture if I could to show everyone. Do not waste your money!

Was so disappointed the arrangement I purchased for a family funeral was nothing like I ordered. I could have purchased the arrangement they sent to the funeral home at my local grocery store. I have never written a review before. Extremely Disappointed!!!

I chose a gift basket that was supposedly worth over $200 but it was on "sale" so I supersized it for an additional $30. It came with only the number of items in the standard basket so NO supersize at all. I literally could have gone to Dollarama and for half the price had more items same quality as came. When I reached out to them, they said sorry (but not sorry) no explanation for the lack of supersizing. I requested a full refund for the complete return of the basket in the same condition as it arrived 30 minutes earlier. Again sorry (but not sorry) no refunds or exchanges. I had not used Bloomex before and NEVER will again. BUYER BEWARE!

Bloomex a pris 3 jours à livrer le bouquet(le mauve et blanc), un bouquet qui n'avait rien à voir et beaucoup moins beau que celui que j'avais commandé (les marguerites). Et on me refuse un dedommagement ou un remplacement. Qui plus est. Ma commande a disparu de mon historique. De vrais escrocs

Ordered the flowers a week before to be delivered first thing in the morning. As the recipient was going away for a couple of days. Flowers were delivered at 11:50. Recipient left at 11:30. Very disappointed. If you want to impress someone with flowers or other gifs. Never use this company. Customer service not very helpful. They are there just after your money, NOT to please the customer.

The flowers delivered were not what was ordered. While I understand that the flowers selected would not be exactly as shown in the picture, the colours or general theme should be. I contacted them by email and used the chat to follow up since I did not hear anything. The rep was not helpful and had no interaction skills. I ordered flowers to brighten someone's day and the flowers that arrived were all white, like funeral flowers. We had just gone through a huge loss in our family so this mistake hit a little harder than it normally would. Their response was less to be desired. Basically, they looked good and the quality was good so why are you complaining. I have a hard time believing that you ran out of colorful flowers of any kind and that with so many people that get what they order, you would at least fix the ones that don't. No refund, no replacement, no solution.
