"I won\u2019t even give this a star. Your company and members are cooks. Bought my mom some flowers for Mother\u2019s Day and from what I ordered and what she got 4 days later is garbage. Called customer service and they WONT let you talk to a manager, nor refund my mom. You\u2019re an absolute disgrace. Didn\u2019t get a refund. Haven\u2019t had anyone call me back."

The Birthday Gourmet Collection I \u2013 a birthday-themed basket with high-end chocolates, snacks, and a birthday card\/balloon.\r\n\r\nWhat did Bloomex send? Two identical fruit baskets. That\u2019s it.\r\nNo chocolates. No themed packaging. No gourmet items. Just a bunch of random fruit in cellophane with a bow.\r\n\r\nThis was for a birthday celebration and a special thank-you gift, and instead, I got something I could\u2019ve grabbed at the corner store. Embarrassing doesn\u2019t even begin to describe it.\r\n\r\nThis is not a mix-up \u2014 it\u2019s false advertising and pure neglect.\r\nThey ignored the actual items I paid for, gave zero heads-up or explanation, and delivered a completely different product \u2013 twice.\r\n\r\nI paid over $100+ expecting quality and presentation, and what I got looked like an afterthought. Never again. You\u2019ve lost my trust and business.\r\n\r\nAvoid Bloomex unless you enjoy being disappointed, and overcharged.\r\n\r\nBelow is what I order vs what I got.
