“Easy to order. Good choice of balloons. Arrived on time. Only drawback would be there was nothing to protect the balloon in the box except a sheet of tissue paper. I did think it would be a balloon in a box then another box. But would order again. Thank you.”

“Website nice and easy to use, good product selection. Only fly in the ointment is the order page says you have to select the delivery date at the checkout page, and the checkout page goes straight through after taking your card details. So my order arrived the next day instead of on the wife's birthday. Bit awkward trying to explain the giant box!”

“Nice balloons, arrived earlier than expected but stayed fully inflated for long enough. Started to notice them going down after five days. A bit pricey but what can you do in a lock down.”

Hello Elizabeth, I am sorry that we had to supply you an alternative balloon. Unfortunately this year has made getting hold of stock harder than usual as a lot of our stock comes from America and China. Our manufacturers are trying really hard to make sure stock is getting to us but sometimes it is delayed. Warm regards Tilly

“I’ve rated you as good as in all honesty your part was fine. I ordered in the 6.11 for deliver on the 14th. You sent me confirmation you had sent this.On Friday the 13th. The balloon did not arrive until Wednesday the 18th and was left by the bin in the rain, so really not successful and wouldn’t do again.”

“Balloons were really lovely! Royal Mail is fairly slow at the moment so do factor that in when ordering them. Daughter very pleased with the balloons and they’re still in great condition several days later.”

“Although the balloons arrived in an immaculate condition and a superb packaging the order should have arrived along with a jar of sweets which was missing. After contacting the customer service they promised to send the missing item the same day. They were indeed very helpful however the item arrived the very next day slightly tainting the big celebration I had prepared for my girlfriend. I will most surely use your company services in the future, I am just constructively writing this review for improvement purposes. Best, Lino”

“Website very good, easy to navigate and good choice. Balloons arrived when they were expected. Nicely packaged. Only reason not giving you 5 stars is because after 2x days, 2 of the balloons had deflated quite badly. The others are still superb. Just a shame they weren't all of that quality”

Hello Patrik, We were disappointed to read your review and of course your balloon should not have arrived in this condition. Unfortunately, sometimes a tiny fault is not detectable until the air has escaped for over 12 hours or more or the balloon gets damaged in transit. We always advise our customers to check the balloons upon arrival to see if they are all in perfect condition and to contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue (see T&C's) We cannot see an email from you and so on this occasion we were unable to make this right. “There was good choice of balloons and my friend was delighted with balloons. I do feel however a better tracking system of deliver of ball on would be good as I didn't receive a txt to say ball on has been delivered. Thanks”

One is a free service with Royal Mail this is not guaranteed nor tracked. The second service we offer is with our couriers at a fee of £4.95 for next days service and this is fully tracked. “The item was amazing my only negative was that you were £15 more expensive but I went with you because you had the option of delivering for the Monday. I wanted the item delivered on the Monday But when I sent him to pick up at 6pm as email stated and it got cancelled for delivery which was very disappointing indeed. Thanks Julie x”
