“What a beautiful surprise my granddaughter received with the Unicorn balloon bouquet. But my rating is 4 because she nearly didn’t get it as the delivery driver left it at a wrong address and my son had to go and look for the package!!!”

“I would have given you 5 stars but I asked for a delivery date of Feb 1st fir a special birthday and your delivery was made on Jan 30th, which was disappointing Apart from that your service was very good Apart fro.”

“My daughter loved the balloons for her birthday and the enormous boxes they came in as well. Really great quality and service. A touch on the expensive side, but I can understand why. All in all well worth it”

“I have given 4 stars however I think the problem was caused by the courier not bloonaway. So glad the order arrived early. Unfortunately my order arrived damaged and one of the large numbers balloons missing, one off the boxes was damaged and had been opened. That would’ve been a very disappointing surprise. I cannot fault Bloonaway for their response, wanting to replace the balloons, which I declined, I did however receive a full refund”

“The balloons arrived on time and were a WOW with my elderly Mother in her Care Home, so many thanks for that; however, some bright spark decided to change the message printed on the large balloon from Pill (our home village) to Phil. Thankfully my Mother saw the funny side! Undoubtedly a genuine attempt to be helpful, but unfortunately not on this occasion. All the same, I would certainly use Bloonaway again.”

“After my balloon not arriving on the allocated delivery date I contacted the company and was very quickly dealt with ,given another balloon and upgraded to courier service which arrived next day. Thanks to Tilly's quick response a lovely balloon was received. I would recommend them and use them again”
