“I was disappointed to not get my first choice of design... Especially whenthe website said it was availabile at time of order. However, your team did contact me with alternatives and they arrived on time and were received with delight by birthday boy.”

“Although at the last minute I couldn’t get the balloons I had originally ordered. Replacement came and we’re delivered on time. A refund arrived very promptly”

“The large main balloon I originally ordered was out of stock when it came to preparing my order. However the team found me an alternative instead. My nieces absolutely loved these balloons and the 2 year old wouldn’t go to bed that night because she wouldn’t stop playing with them. Good service provided and I will definitely use in the future.”

“Balloons were great as they was a surprise for my boyfriend for his birthday. Website was easy to use. Found it handy you could chose delivery date. One thing to be warned about I ordered the balloons to myself, but sadly when I went to drop them to my boyfriend two days after they had deflated little.”

“Balloon arrived on time and well-packaged. Was very glad to receive it! Didn’t appear fully inflated but that may be due to the fact it was done a day or two before needed. Would definitely use again!”
