“Very good balloon - high quality and still inflated after 4 days. The price is a bit excessive (£26 for the balloon and delivery) Delivery on-time The packaging is a bit too much regarding the size of the balloon. Maybe good to think about a more optimal packaging? Overall we are happy with the product/delivery/service and would recommend”

Hi Pascale, Thanks for your review. I'm really pleased you are enjoying the lovely balloon you purchased. We have a variety of box sizes to match with the size of the balloons. Occasionally, a particular balloon (such as in your case) is too large for one size box but does not use all the space int the next size up. We sometimes add extra balloons into the box to protect the balloons where necessary. This has proved more efficient than producing several more package sizes for the occasional situation. However, I can see that it was significant enough to raise this constructive feedback. Thanks again.

“The actual balloons were wonderful, however DPD let me down badly and I didn’t receive the box until Friday. Luckily they were still good. I will not order again if DPD are involved.”

“Really pleased with delivery, however fell short of the five stars, as on the day of delivery the main translucent balloon forming the centre piece was somewhat deflated, meaning the pink giraffe inside looked like he was being suffocated rather than free to move around in the balloon like the picture depicts. Unfortunately that just took the edge off that expected wow factor for me, however the receiver appeared very happy nonetheless, so would use again”

“I liked the whole purchasing process and the balloons arrived in time for my father's 94th birthday. Unfortunately the '4' balloon was slightly deflated and it was difficult to tell it was a '4'.”

Hi Katy, Thanks for leaving a review. The balloon sculptures are all made by hand and we are more than happy to switch out colours to suit your needs. The hair is available in black, dark brown, light brown, gold, marigold, yellow, grey, white and any other colour you may with to use! We offer the most commonly requested colours on our website, but you can always email or send a form with a colour change request at no additional charge. “Good delivery service for getting the balloon on time. Whilst I think the cost of the balloon is prohibitive for what is a very simple, cheap to supply product, I found this was the best value retailer I came across online.”

“Very good and helpful service! Quick delivery so good even if relatively last minute. Delivered to my brother at his work for his 30th birthday. He loved them. Only downside is 3 days later one of the balloons (bought 3) has started to deflate a little.”
