“My sister liked her surprise balloons fot her birthday , yet, i thought i had ordered them for delivery in april when its her birthday ! My husband also liked his Thank you balloon”

“Balloons were well packed and fully met my expectations. The DPD delivery failed, and we had to drive an hour to the depot before going to the birthday party. This was obviously not the fault of Bloonaway.”

Hi Isobel, I'm sorry to hear that your balloons didn't arrive on the date you had hoped for. We express quite clearly as you select the Free Delivery Option on our website, that your balloons will be dispatched "one working day prior to your selected delivery date by Royal Mail 1st Class". Although over 90% get delivered the next day, this service can take up to 3 working days. We also ask you to click to agree to this before you complete your purchase, and outline the details again on your order confirmation. To guarantee a delivery date we recommend selecting DPD as your delivery option which is a tracked, overnight service. I hope the balloons were enjoyed anyway. “Really pleased with the service -good site, good price, fast and easy to order. Just a bit disappointed that the balloon was a bit deflated on delivery and had to be 'encouraged' out of the box. It was still an unexpected surprise for my daughter and hope that the floppy balloon was a one off.”

“The only thing i can say is i wish you could have had an approx time of delivery as my daughter had to collect the balloon the day after her birthday but she was pleased with it anyway. Thank you”

Hi Allyson, Thanks for your review. If you choose the Free delivery option, your balloons are sent via Royal Mail First Class service for which there is no tracking (and no guarantee of delivery on your selected date). If you would have selected the DPD option, the shipping mobile number receives tracking information and a 1-hour delivery window, with options of what to do if they will not be in at that time. The delivery date would also be guaranteed. I'm pleased your daughter enjoyed her balloon anyway. Tilly

“Was very pleased to get my balloon on nxt day delivery as many places need 48 hours (maybe thats because of the writing being a sticker which would be my only fault ) The balloon other than that is perfect my daughter loves it - the confetti the love heart string! Xx And she recieved it on her birthday which was a nice surprise when she finished school x”

“Great balloon but didn’t have an option to select colour of text and it has arrived with gold letters which are hard to see in a photo on a clear balloon (it’s an announcement ballon)”

“Great value however the number balloon was slightly deflated (and the box has been opened just few hours after delivery). The surprise was still amazing though! :)”
