“Hi Tilly The balloon I ordered for a new baby was beautiful but unfortunately no card was present with it on delivery so my niece had no idea who it was from , I had to call her to ask if she had received it .”

Hi Beverley, our greatest apologies for this error and any awkward moments that followed....we know how much the note attached means to the recipient. It's a really rare occurrence...I do apologise. Glad they liked the balloon - it was a beautiful choice!
