“The balloon selection came as expected, however I'd request for 2 small balloon bundles to be bundled together and was told that it was possible and when they arrived they where seperate, i would recommend bloonaway and use them again in the furture. Balloons are still going strong 5days since delivery despite the heat :)”

“Balloon was well packaged and it pipped out for a dramatic surprise element. Lovely chiffon type string rather than basic string. The only reason I didn't give excellent is because I think £12 Is quite expensive for a standard size helium balloon and delivery. If cheaper I would use this regularly for special occasions and even send multiple balloons. But I can buy and ship a balloon myself for about £5. My dad was very happy on his birthday though!!”

“Customer service was second to none and I cannot fault that at all! The balloon withstood the event but the letters looked like the might peel off in I touched them! That being said I could shop again as customer service was great”

“The Balloons were delivered according to what I ordered, which was great and perfect. Our guest was really happy. However, I would have liked them to arrive for the time I asked exactly as they arrived 10 minutes late which I can understand due to traffic and all but we were working on a very tight schedule and ten minutes more would have been too late and our guest was really stressed and us as well as we had no contact or calls from the driver to know exactly when they would arrive. But overall, it was a great delivery and I will definitely get back to you again if I need to order balloons again.”

Dear Rina, I'm happy that you found our extensive collection good. The lovely balloons that you selected are not readily available in that style from other online inflated balloon services. We consider our prices to be fair or competitive, especially considering the unique style of our designs and the additional services included, particularly the FREE SHIPPING option which you benefitted from. As far as delivery timing goes, postal services operate over the entire working day (and some during the evening). If balloons are important for an event then we recommend ordering for the day before or selecting a pre-noon service. If you select DPD as your shipping option you would be notified of your hour delivery window. Till next time, Tilly

“Customer care was excellent! Made a delivery mistake on ordering but soon corrected when rang and were really helpful when was concerned balloon hadn't arrived in the morning when expected royal mail delivery. Delivery was made in the afternoon and had a fantastic reaction when recipient received. Very happy and will be oredering from company again if need a balloon.”

Hi Pamela, and thanks for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that the balloons arrived a day late. The shipping option you selected does not guarantee the date, however far in advance you order the balloons. We dispatch one working day prior to your chosen delivery date. Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st Class post the next working day, but it's not a guaranteed service. As our pop-up states when you select the free shipping option, for important dates such as birthdays and parties we always recommend selecting DPD, or you can try to order for a day early if still available.
