“A good way to make my grandsons birthday special during lockdown”

“The ordering process is easy. I ordered a bouquet of balloons for my Granddaughters birthday and added a sweet jar which didn’t arrive with the balloons. It was quickly sorted with an email but was disappointing hence the loss of a rating star. I’m sure it was just an oversight I would still recommend”

“It was a lovely balloon we were just sad it arrived after the birthday. We knew it might get held up so arranged for it to come earlier but even then it arrived two days later. Good website and user friendly Thanks -”

“Balloons were great, still fully inflated on arrival. Only issue was asked to be delivered on a Friday and didnt arrive until following Tuesday. This is understandable at what is a difficult time.”

“The products were varied and the colours were bright and fun. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. The order was delivered fine but the only reason for 4/5 stars was that the sweet jar was missing from the box. My nephew was very disappointed but I informed Tilly at Bloonaway and the jar was sent out the very next day. I would use Bloonaway again.”

“The current difficult circumstances meant we weren’t able to get the balloon we wanted and there was some confusion over the address, but the customer service was really lovely and helpful and our Dad/Grandad was very pleased with what his birthday surprise!!”

“I ordered balloons for my daughters 18th birthday. There was an issue with the delivery date due to the bank holiday but BloomAway kindly managed to rearrange the date so they still arrived before her birthday. Both my daughter and I were very happy with the balloons and they added that extra touch to her special day. Thank You.”

“I’d never heard of Bloonaway before so I was a little cautious about ordering from them at first. Read the reviews and decided to bite the bullet and see what I get! 😂 I ordered a happy birthday tatty teddy balloon with two extra balloons to go with it for my mother’s birthday and she LOVED them!! Arrived on my chosen date and the balloons were perfect. One balloon was a different colour to what I had ordered but with The current situation (COVID-19) I completely understand why this happened due to stock issues etc. The balloon was supposed to be pink but came red so it wasn’t too far off what I wanted! I’m still very pleased with my order 🥰 I’d 100% recommend buying from here, especially if you want to surprise someone while staying safe at home! The prices are quite high considering I’d usually pay half the price for my order however At least I managed to surprise my mum on her special day. One more thing to note, there’s a personalised card option for free during checkout which I filled in but when the balloons arrived the card was blank so keep that in mind if you’re sending a balloon to someone! (They might not know who it’s from!) 🙈”

“Would have liked it delivered on his birthday as I thought it would be. It wasn’t clear when ordering in plenty of time that late delivery may happen. It arrived 3 days late. It was very nice but birthday been & gone.”
