“It was lovely ! However more options to customise would be great and it did deflate quicker! However As I needed a last minute Balloon for a set up I was more then happy with it ! Thank you”

“The balloons and the service were fab. It was such a shame that it went wrong at the point of delivery. My recipient has a remote doorbell and was able to talk to the courier who refused to leave the parcel with the neighbours, in a safe place or on the doorstep all of which would have been very safe. It meant that he didn’t get his balloons until after his birthday and the moment was lost.”

“Easy to order and delivery was bang on time. A little disappointed that balloons don't last as others I have bought elsewhere, pretty deflated after 4 days, otherwise all good.”

“Arrived on time with free delivery, which was nice considering it was such a big parcel. Only thing that was a shame was that I requested vegetarian sweets. These were delivered but it looks like out of habit some gelatine sweets were also attached as weights for the balloon. This confused my sister as she saw the gelatine sweets before the tub of vegetarian sweets. Luckily, we were able to give away the sweets with animal bits in them. Balloons were well inflated and it was a nice bouquet. Oversll it's a nice gift for a birthday.”

“Ordering was very easy - communication was very good. One balloon out of 6 wasn’t fully inflated but it didn’t spoil the overall effect. I would order from Bloonaway again.”

“I've ordered quite a few balloon bouquets in lockdown and Bloonaway have provided great service. My only gripe is that you have to get quite a way through the ordering process before you get to delivery availability and on one occasion I had to buy elsewhere. If you could make delivery availability much earlier in the process it would be 5 stars.”

“Would have been very good like my previous purchase a few weeks ago, but unfortunately the packaging was not as good and the top of the box was open and the weights were sticking through the bottom of the box”

“Service was excellent! Good advice to order for a date prior to occasion. I booked my delivery for 29th June, but balloon did not arrive until 1st July due to Royal Mail delay. Docked one star as the balloon I originally ordered was not available.But the personal contact I received to change the balloon was prompt and efficient. Would definitely use you again! Thanks!”

“Balloon was nice and daughter loved it. Disappointed that it didn't arrive on the specified day - if you use Royal Mail 1st class delivery don't rely on them delivering the next day!!!”

“What a fun idea for a surprise gift. I ordered 3 balloons for my daughter’s birthday and although she’s 47 she loved them. It just added some sparkle and joy to her birthday during lockdown. Many thanks!”

“I sign of a good company is how they handle mistakes. I intitially received the wrong balloon that i had ordered. Took a picture, emailed them to let them know. They were prompt in dealing with and resolving the issue so had the correct balloons the following day. In the end was very happy.”
