I recently won a competition and one of the prizes was a desk from kit out my office....Brilliant and stylish is all can say about my new desk. Already one of my friends has purchased a desk and chair...I'm saving up my pennies so I can get a chair to go with my desk. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants stylish and easy to assemble office furniture. Nigel in Bangor north wales.

I bought the UCLIC Engage Corner Desk + Cupboard + Overhead Storage, and opted for the free next working day delivery. Unfortunately, my chosen colour for the cupboard doors was out of stock (even though the website said 'In Stock'), which meant a bit of back and forth between KOMO and the supplier UCLIC. I was desperate for a desk and took one then two days off for a delivery that they weren't clear when would show up. Of course this was disappointing and irritating. Finally the cupboard doors arrived, and to compensate my wait and save taking further days off, KOMO agreed to deliver the desk on a Saturday for free. :) The desk was simple enough to put together as well, no parts were missing, save for one metal hole that needed to be opened up a bit bigger to fit the screw - sorted that with a butter knife. Happy product, happy customer at the end of the day. :) But perhaps KOMO could re-consider how they list their stock live on the website.

Quick efficient delivery plus I had to check on the delivery time on the day as I needed to take someone to hospital. The assistant was kind and super helpful. I really appreciated this.

Good clear website . Good communication - friendly emails . Delivery good . Desk was fairly easy to put together . Would be better if it came with tools or advised which tools you should use .

Pre-delivery I had to make changes and staff v. helpful and patient. May I suggest three things:- 1. You make it clear that delivery person will not carry articles into premises so need to ensure client does not have back issues etc, as in my case. 2. My husband found it easy to assemble but said it would still have been useful to have instructions "Ikea style" - like where washers go etc. If I had had to assemble it may still be in bits on the floor... I appreciate it is simple and second nature to you but some clients may not be DIY friendly. Point 3. The delivery chap said he should have left the big wooden crate it came on but "very kindly took it away for me". I would have been extremely annoyed if he had left it - and I doubt I would be alone with this sentiment. May I suggest this is sorted with your delivery company. Thank you for my desk- love it!

Bought a table with next day delivery on Monday morning. Delivery didn't turn up until Thursday, sat at home waiting all day Tuesday and Wednesday for it. When I called to ask why the delivery hasn't come I got told that "it's with the delivery company so nothing to do with us". I then got given the delivery company phone number (instead of them chasing on my behalf) and got told they tried to deliver but no one was at home on Wednesday (no mention of what happened for the non-delivery on Tuesday). When I asked what time they supposedly came because I was at home all day waiting and I have cctv to prove they didn't come I got told they didn't note the time down and they don't leave any note in the door to say they tried to deliver. When I called the furniture company back to tell them this is what we have been told, and asked them why I have to do all the chasing when they have taken my money and they should ensure I get my delivery by the date their email stated (which was Tuesday), they told me it's unacceptable and that I should email the help address to complain. I emailed the help address and asked for some compensation (given this was now 72 hours after the order was placed) and they basically told me they refuse to give any compensation and all they could do is apologise for it not arriving on the Wednesday. I replied asking why it didn't arrive on Tuesday and they have ignored me totally. It is now Sunday, I have not received any email back to tell me why it wasn't delivered on Tuesday, I haven't had any apology, they are outright ignoring me. If you want a product delivered in a few days time then just go to any other company where the table is cheaper, do not buy off these cowboys who say you will get next day delivery so charge a higher price, then they take your money and deliver a few days later and refuse to take any responsibility. This is the definition of modern day theft and lack of courtesy let alone lack of taking responsibility. They are clearly only after your money, customer service means absolutely nothing to these cowboys! Avoid them!

Hi Gurpal, thank you for taking the time to review us, but I do feel we have to reply, as many of the items you have stated are just not true! I really must defend my team as our customer service have been nothing but helpful to you at every occasion. We have communicated fully with you all the way through, with at least 3 calls and 5 emails last week, during which we have apologised at every occasion and gave you the information around your delivery to help as best we could. We did give you the TNT details to chase your parcels, but this was at your wife's request as she wanted to speak to them direct, we would never make a customer chase their own order and we certainly did not 'refuse to take responsibility'. Unfortunately you are correct in that there was a delay, but TNT informed us that nobody was in on Weds on their 1st attempt at your address, so we arranged for a re-delivered on Thurs, when you actually received the goods. We make every effort to deliver our goods 'next day' and we take pride in the fact that 99% of our orders are delivered on time. I can only apologise again for your delay, but to call us 'cowboys' really could not be further from the truth. Gareth Jones Kit Out My Office Manager

Uclic desk is of very good quality. Assembly was easy, I had the desk ready for my son when he came home from school, and he loves it.

Kit out my office were very good at communicating delivery times and information, I had a damaged item in my delivery so I emailed them a picture and a new one arrived the very next day, I was very impressed with the service and would definitely use them again.
