“I would like to recommend BOBBY from B&M store Wolstanton for his efforts to help me source several items in store. He rang several other stores on my behalf and found items in his store for me. He did this with the great zeal and I Was very impressed with work ethic. Thank you Bobby.... you are a star”

“Visited the BRUNEL PARK, READING shop yesterday, for the first time. I was disabled and was hubby was struggling with trolley, we were helped by a really kind member of staff, nothing was too much trouble and he found a special disabled trolley. He was even concerned about us getting wet in the pouring rain yesterday. He was too helpful and deserves all the praise possible, thank you so very much. Excellent store.”

“Lincoln Store off Dixon Street Very helpful staff this evening; I wanted to purchase three bags of compost, but cannot lift heavy items due to cancer op. some years ago - young lady at till was very courteous and helpful and called a second colleague to assist me with loading the car.”

“Both managers at the Pontypridd and Aberdare stores couldn't do enough for us. Lots of phone calls berween them and our chairs were waiting for us. A big thank you to the blond haired assistant who went out of her way to help us too. Lovely to see good customer service. A big thumbs up to the 3 of you.”

“Sheffield meadowhall BnM have the best store operators! Young girl called delina and a chap called Jamie. Couldn't do enough for me and I walked out of there very happy. Brilliant customer satisfaction give them 2 a raise!!”

“Was in the store today with my young son who was being an absolute pain so I was stressing out and couldn’t find the item I wanted , a young girl who I think was Eastern European , Andrea , was so helpful , she was making my son laugh and took us to the product I couldn’t find”

“Recently bought a quantity of sand, cement and slabs. Collection was very easy round back of store. All products were wheeled out to the car on pallets making it a very swift and efficient service.”

“I was in B&M at forestside Belfast and I want to compliment a member of staff call Emma. She was amazing! I was looking for a bathroom cabinet and she took great time and patience to find it. She also showed me lovely towels and suggested additional accessories to go with the item, shower mat and ornaments. I spent a great deal of money but I’m really delighted with everything. She was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about all the stock. She even helped me carry everything to my car - and it was raining very heavily. I wish all staff showed these skills. I hope this feedback reaches her and the store manager. It was a stress free delightful shopping experience- thank you Emma Happy Customer P McKeever”

“Bought a wardrobe from GM stores tower park and there was a piece missing. The manager phoned round until he found another wardrobe and had it transferred to store, amanda was very helpful and efficient when I went in to collect the part and would definitely recommend this store”
