“informative course. Quizzes at the end of each module enforce what you learned, Excellent customer service. I had to have info changed on my account. I called and cusromer service rep did it immediately.”

“This was a good process presented by Boatsmart. I had a problem which I was going to blame on Boatsmart but the fault was with the Ministry. Boatsmart was very helpful in getting past this hassle. I talked to two different customer service reps and they were both excellent. Now I'm shopping for a PFD.”

“Great course! If you are looking for a convenient way to acquire the basics of pleasure naavigation at your own beat in the comfort of your living room, that's for you. Boatsmart onlie PCOC will suit most people, thanks to an audio, a visual and a online text support for most of the situations explained. In less than 8 hours over few days, it was easy to obtain the PCOC. And yes, they offer the hardcopy study guide, in case you need a new book to replace the old Bible that lays beside your bed. Be wise and boatsmart before you operate a boat”

“I have followed other courses and this one with of course the Boat Smart study guide was very easy to do. I once owned a boat and plan to buy one this year. It was good to do this as I thought I knew it all, but going through the study guide, I realize that a review was in order. Again, I think the on line course was very good. Do at your rate, less nervous and very understandable and easy to follow. Good job.”

“Good information, but be aware, you can't just buy the book and then do the test. You must do the course on line before you can take the test! I had to do both but I felt it was good practice! Mostly common sense!”
