“Your login and password situation was confusing. I ended up contacting your support team, where the issue was resolved. As there was a test at the end of each module it would have been more beneficial if the correct answers were provided on missed questions. Materials were presented well. Thank you”

“The video stopped working a few times, about 10 times throughout the course. It would be helpful If you could see the questions that were incorrect from the quizzes and final exam. There were only a few grammar issues. Finally, it would be nice if the Boat License/Card had a picture ID.”

“Overall enjoyable and well organized course. I like the voice overs, and the size of the modules. Only issue I encountered was that all the videos except one said "This video is private and you do not have access to view it." The one video that did play was informative, so I feel like the others would have added to the course as well.”

“Several questions on the California final exam, I would guess 10 or 15 % percent, were not covered in the subject matter. When a problem arrises, such as when one needs an application id or flunks the final exam, rather the just saying the process can not be completed or just exiting out, the reason for the problem should be stated.”

“It would have been nice to be able to whatch the videos. The course kept saying that it was a private video and that we did not have permissions to view it. This is evan after signing into veimo. Otherwise I would have given a 10.”

“Pretty good but some of the sections during the course made you wait too long to get to the next slide, and some of the other sections went too fast-- sometiems inconsistent. Also total course was 4 hours but I thought California only required 3 hours.”

“There are some typos which need to be corrected, and one panel shows 500 "feet" as a clearance distance, but 500 "meters" in the attached graphic.”

“The course is good for its purpose, When having multiple people (family memebers) doing their individual courses it was very clunky to register separately and then send the course to each family member. And then each of them having to create their own account, painful and very poor system. Needs improvment. Also the codes did not work properly. Fix your system.”

“I feel there are 3 things you could do to improve your course. 1. Change the Font Color or type. It is hard to read the grey against the white. 2. Make sure numbers match against question. That is when giving a stat make sure the quiz question number match. Sometimes they seemed to be off. 3. Let the user know which question they get wrong in the quiz. This way the user is able to go back and review those sections to understand how they got it wrong.”

“Only a little unpleasant. First written description of SOS was long long long, short short short, long long long. But you got it correct on the following lesson. PWC steering question had no correct answer. Questions focusing on statistics are unfortunate. Stats change and they are only there for emphasis. Consider instead focusing questions on facts. Reaching with your paddle vs with your hand decreases your chances of overbalancing. Not what % of canoeing accidents are caused by weight shifts.”

“The content was easy to understand, and the platform is user-friendly. However, some of the questions in the module quizzes are duplicated. Some of the questions have answers that do not pertain to the question being asked. One of the questions on the final exam had no correct answer. I was able to get close enough to guess correctly. Also, it would be nice to know what questions were answered incorrectly, so that material can be reviewed or paid extra attention to when reviewing the module.”

“Overall a solid course with good content. I have a couple of reasons why I am only giving you 4 stars: The application does not provide the list of questions missed in each quiz. This would be helpful. The text of the content can't be selected. This makes taking notes tedious.”
