“Body Heal was so easy to view, order and product delivery was very quick. 2 days!! Customer service is excellent and the specialist I web chat, spoke with and email was Gerah. AWESOME!! The product Serola Sacroiliac Belt SIBv2 Large gave immediate relief for S1 and tail bone pain. Thank you Body Heal”

“Was great for using in the shower, however I decided to take a dip in the pool, i felt I did everything right, but somehow water did get into the bag and my cast got wet, hung the bag over the pool fence to dry whilst I used hairdryer to dry out cast and my border collie has magically made the bag disappear as it isn't in the Bowerbirds nest, so back to garbage bags in the shower. Cie la vie”

“I brought the IMAK Arthritis Gloves A2017 and found they did a good job. They give support to joints that are gone due to Erosive Arthritis & keeps them warm. There is just a couple of things that would improve them (in my opinion & experience of them) & that would be if the fingers could be longer. I have a very small hand & they finger parts don't reach the upper joints once you get active. That leaves the worst joints unsupported. I also found the stitching around the top each of the fingers began to fray within days of use leaving the stitching somewhat fragile. Given they are a knit fabric this fraying will unravel quickly leading to the unraveling of the entire glove.”

“Have sent back the product as it didn’t fit but havnt received a refund and struggling to get them to acknowledge they have received the returned item ..unimpressed. Seems the parcel was lost in transit but they processed a refund . Thank you”

Hello Rochelle, We're sorry you felt the need to to post a 1 star review when we have been in constant communication with you. We're not in the business of scamming customers, we have a 8 year track record with customers returning back ordering multiple times because of our service and support. In our last 2 emails to you we have asked for the AusPost tracking number so we can identify if the parcel has made it back to our warehouse yet. We can't be sure it has especially when there are severe delays with AusPost especially for parcels going into Victoria (where our warehouse is based). You can read about it here: https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus/coronavirus-domestic-updates#delays Secondly, our warehouse receives 100s of parcels a day so it will also help in identifying the return if for example the order ID isn't on the front of the parcel. Please reply back to our email with the tracking number, which you can find in your AusPost receipt and we'll happily investigate to see what has happened.
