I’m very happy with my purchased socks. The quality, colour and comfort is was I’m expecting. Also the delivery was very fast. I’m wearing the socks daily & feeling since day 2 an improvement with my pain. Thank you.

Prompt dispatch of initial order. Process of returning garment for a larger size handled efficiently. Good communication via email. More information about selecting the correct size on web page would have avoided the need to exchange.

The size chart is the manufacturer's recommended size chart and it is accurate for the vast majority of our customers. However, like any garment, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We were disappointed that a stock error meant we could not get the item we wanted (black coloured item). BodyHeal communicated the error, apologised and offered an alternative colour which fortunately we were able to proceed with. There was only minor delay. Disappointed we couldn’t get the black as preferred but having some product rather then none at all is what mattered in this situation.

I was sceptical about Boyheal as I never heard about this website. But no need to worry. Bodyheal is a real business website. They provide quick response and quick delivery. I am happy with my purchase. I would have given 5 if they had enough stock for me to place my desired items to avoid the delivery fee.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size have worn them and discarded packaging. I now feel I need the testical support instead as they are currently out of stock I’ve let you know to notify me when they are back in stock.
