“Prompt processing of order is always number one and BodyHeals did just that. Within hours, my order had left their warehouse and found itself at the mercies of AustPost (which is hardly ever prompt but that's no fault of BodyHeals). I found the website easy to navigate and compare various products to dial in my choice. All in all, BodyHeals is worth spending your time and money on.”

“My first purchase from BodyHeal was sent very quickly and was an excellent product at a very fair price. Excellent service. I subsequently made a 2nd purchase which I have not yet received, but ever since I ordered they keep asking me to do a review. It is difficult to comment fairly on either the quality of the item purchased or their current service before I even receive my order. I wish that businesses wouldn't badger you for a review the minute you order something - at least wait until after the delivery before asking. Based on my first purchase I would rate them 5* but I will knock one star off because of their multiple begging for reviews before I even get my purchase.”

AusPost is facing delays all through the network, some delays are significant and it also affected the shipment updates on their site. Hi Julia, Thanks for leaving a review and I'm sorry you weren't happy with the delivery time. After checking your order I see that your order was in fact delivered on time. Your order was placed on 1pm on Friday, after our 7:30am cut off for same-day dispatch. https://www.bodyheal.com.au/pages/shipping-delivery However, we managed to ship it on the same day, earlier than advertised. Secondly, Wednesday was Australia day which is a public holiday. So the delivery time was Friday, Monday, Tuesday and finally delivered on Thursday. Within the 4 business day estimate we had given. We hope you consider this and re-review the service aspect of your order. I will be addressing your product issue separately.
