As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day return policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. For exchanges to a different size/color/product, we will pay for shipping both ways. “I ordered a waterproof foot cast protector for use in the shower. The product is great and a game changer for my partner who has a nasty wound on his ankle. Easy to use and excellent quality. My only criticism is that the order wasn't processed for three days, so it took longer to arrive than expected (5 days, and I paid for express post which led me to believe it would arrive in 2 - 3 days).”

Upon checking your order was placed on the 3rd of August after our cut-off time which is why it was not shipped out the same day. However, your order was shipped out the next day, August 4, 2022 (Thursday), and your order was delivered on the 8th of August (Monday). We believed that it is still within Express Post Shipping Time Frame and your item was delivered on time. “Prompt processing of order is always number one and BodyHeals did just that. Within hours, my order had left their warehouse and found itself at the mercies of AustPost (which is hardly ever prompt but that's no fault of BodyHeals).
