Upon checking, your order was placed on November 29 at 5:34 pm. It was dispatched the next day. Standard Post going to QLD takes 3-6 business days. Again, we apologize for the delay, Australia Post is having delays and backlogs due to Railway issues in WA hence why there aren't any real-time updates. Fast and speedy service. Day 1 of wearing my footup brace so can't comment yet on how effective it is. Must admit I didn't fit it myself got the podiatrist to do it. Got it on black Fri sale so happy with that.

Due to my not sending complete purchase back for exchange and having to send 2nd parcel back to complete the exchange ,I still havent heard if 2nd parcel has been recieved by you and as a result still waiting for the exchange it was my fault but am now anxious re return .

So we can't process an exchange until we get everything back, as we discussed. I recommend having a look at the tracking link that you sent so you can follow it's movements. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day return policy. I ordered a waterproof foot cast protector for use in the shower. The product is great and a game changer for my partner who has a nasty wound on his ankle. Easy to use and excellent quality. My only criticism is that the order wasn't processed for three days, so it took longer to arrive than expected (5 days, and I paid for express post which led me to believe it would arrive in 2 - 3 days).

Upon checking your order was placed on the 3rd of August after our cut-off time which is why it was not shipped out the same day. However, your order was shipped out the next day, August 4, 2022 (Thursday), and your order was delivered on the 8th of August (Monday). We believed that it is still within Express Post Shipping Time Frame and your item was delivered on time. Hi BodyHeal My recent purchase of Ankle Support 724 is too small, I used the size of a Mcdavid ankle support I purchased from you previously to get the size. Could I exchange for the extra large size? I will return the ankle support and consult the returns process on your website.
