“I ordered a white crochet dress for a photoshoot. After 5 weeks I finally received the product. I opened my package and the dress was covered with grease stains. I was already upset but I thought well I might be able to stain stick and handwash this thing. I laced the back of the dress and tried it on. The paneling was completely different from what I ordered but the fabric was the same. It looks like an awful maternity dress. I hate it. Even though I contacted them as soon as I opened the package (within 15 day policy) they still would not let me return the product and give me my money back. Instead they offered to send me more of their shitty clothes if I'd pay shipping 🤦🏼‍♀️ not wasting another dollar! Don't purchase from this website.”
“I received a dress that was not even wearable or even close to the dress I ordered (after it taking a month to get to me). I have been going back and forth with customer service via email and they told me that the dress was un-refundable. They then offered me a free item in place of the dress but I would have to pay shipping which is almost $30 for 2 items. It is very frustrating and if I could give them no stars I would. “I am so so disappointed with Boho Factory's products and their customer service. I had ordered 2 items, with an estimated delivery date- hoping the take the items on a trip with me.
The items themselves were 2 weeks late. They sent me the WRONG item, and now they refuse to refund me, even though it was not my fault.
They had offered to send something to me for free instead- but I would need to pay shipping. Unfortunately , due to the quality of the clothes I did receive, I will not be ordering anything.

“This company is an absolute SCAM! I received two dresses and both are completely see thru. When I asked for an exchange on one dress and a refund on the other, they asked me if I had seen their refund policy. The refund policy states that they cannot refund products that are on sale. When you look at their website you can see that ALL of the items are on sale. I had also ordered a shirt in which I did not receive (apparently it was sold out before my order shipped off). They offered me a store credit but I would have to pay the shipping. They DO NOT allow refunds...even for items not received. I made a comment on their Facebook page that the dress was see thru and tried to warn others from order that dress. My comment was deleted and they banned me from commenting anymore and have blocked my messages on Facebook Messenger. That goes to show what kind of company this really is. Not at all concerned about their customer satisfaction but interested in just making money and ripping people off for their cheap clothes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!”
“I ordered two dresses and when they arrived I noticed that they were not the same print as in the pictures on the website. I contacted Boho Factory to ask for a refund because I hadn't recieve the product I ordered. I wasn't asking for a refund because I'd order the wrong size, or because I changed my mind. I simply hadn't been sent the correct items and they refused to refund me because they were on sale. A sales policy is understandable but shouldn't apply when the complete wrong product was sent. I politely explained this to them and received no further replies. I would not recommend this website as they falsely advertise their products and will not honor a return. I will never use them again and I will be encouraging other not to either.”

“Ordered 2 dresses from here & a pair of earrings for $97.61 AUD.
I was appalled by what I had received. The first dress looked somewhat alike but absolute horrible quality, you could see right through the dress (this was a white floral dress). The second dress was not at all what i had ordered, I had paid for a green maxi dress, received a blue piece of cloth which was not even the same style of what I had ordered. AND i also had not even received the earrings i paid for.
When you go to look at the refund policy it states that there are no refunds on sale items, but if you have a look through this website, ALL ITEMS are on sale, so of course no refunds.
I emailed Boho Factory regarding the whole situation, but all they could say was 'have you read our refund policy?' and did not acknowledge one bit that the earrings I paid for i did not get.
Not at all helpful, these items honestly look like they have been made from the most horrible quality materials, DO NOT buy from Boho Factory, I can take a guess that all items will probably be this way and seeing as you can't get a refund on sale items but all items are on sale? SCAM.

“Do not be fooled by their simple sounding return policy!! They put you in an automated email loop (I’m on my third email) with no real response. I have no issue paying for shipping on returns but it shouldn’t be this complicated. One of the items did not fit and they are like “can you send some photos?” The issue is the dress is too short and my rear is out...no I’m not sending you photos of that!! Quality is probably what I should have expected for $30. Shoddy sewing, cheap material. Do not recommend.”

The quality was similar to a bedsheet being cut into the shape of a dress and crudely sewn together. And was white. THE DRESS I ORDERED WAS NOT WHITE. “I placed an order for 2 items on February 21st 2019. Their policy says processing time takes 2-7 days but it is now March 11th and one item has “shipped” but the tracking number is invalid. The other item is still “processing” even after 12 business days. The company does not respond to my emails about when the parcel will arrive. I will never order from here again.”
