“I have really enjoyed the classes I have taken so far - especially the yin offerings - slowing down, settling into, and breathing through the asanas is exactly what I need to start my days off on the right note. And it's difficult to find decent yin classes, believe it or not! It seems like everyone wants power and fast vinyasa classes. Life is fast enough. Plus I'm usually doing my practice at 5am, so I love being able to wake my body slowly and steadily. Thanks Juliana and Mark!! 🥰”

“This company has changed my life. I’m a college student and don’t make subscriptions (in fact I only have this one) but it is so worth it. Making time every day to be on my mat, do yoga, and meditate, has transformed my body and mind. I’m stronger, more flexible, and more vibrant, but also feel more content, peaceful, and relaxed. I struggle with many chronic illnesses, and Boho Beautiful has allowed me to challenge my body and mind to grow and become healthier, while also teaching me how to respect and honor the body I have been given. I used to push my body into poses that harmed it because I was showing off my hypermobility- but I have learned that true yoga is about how you feel, not what you look like, and the connection you foster to your body and soul. I went from barely able to get out of bed to doing an hour of yoga every day and feeling healthier than I have in years. If you’re hesitant to try this program, just do it! No matter who you are or where you may be in life, we can all benefit from taking a breath, finding a moment of silence, and reconnecting with ourselves and with the universe around us.”
