“Hi, my name is Rita, I´m 62. I had never experience the yoga world until I found Juliana & Mark on Youtube six month ago. I started with a specific video I thought I could handle 3 times a week, learn some postures and grow. It took me some beatiful time to gain a little bit of balance and strengh, but I could observe my progress, the change in my body and how complementary it was to my daily chi kun practice. When you proposed the 31 days challenge I hesitated for a moment because I wasn´t sure I could make it, but I finally decided to start and see my evolution. Obviously I have not been able to follow you in every posture and exercises but I did my best, and for that I am really greateful to you. “Julia & Mark are helping me to recover from a deep depression. My husband had heart issues that urgently required multiple stents, at the same time my home state had catastrophic bushfires & my mother was dying with Alzheimer’s 3 hours away from me, I couldn’t be with her as the fires had cut the roads. COVID hit at the same time. As a result I went into a deep depression & started medication. I found the Boho beautiful YouTube channel & things began to change. Thank you 😘”

“The app is beautifully designed, streaming to the tv was pretty seamless, and I thoroughly enjoyed all the practices that were part of the Journey of a Cosmic Soul challenge. I felt calm and rejuvenated after each one, from the flow itself, the beautiful studio and the calming background music.
