“Boho Beautiful Transform Program: If you stick to it, you'll see changes VERY quickly. I love it. And even though it is hard, I am excited to do it. I usually do it for two weeks after my period and then take a break until the next month. You have different levels to choose and can get heavier weights when you are ready. So grateful for this program!!! Goes deep!”

“"Starting with something is not half as difficult as it is to continue." And this is exactly where Boho Beautiful outshines all its contemporary Yoga apps/YT channels. Being an Indian, I have been hurt (also sometimes angry) to see the art of Yoga being overused and abused to thin it down to its physical aspect without any substance. This channel brought me back to following online Yoga classes which are not being administered by a native. Juliana has pushed me beyond my boundaries and I am so grateful for all the beautiful poses that I can make my body do but I think I am most grateful for those 5 min long Savasanas at the end of a gruelling practice which is able to perfectly align with the authentic essence of Yoga. Thank you Mark and Juliana for all that you do and hopefully you keep getting all the support you need from us :)”
