“Normally, I look up a company for reviews before placing an order especially when it comes to clothing. I didn't do that and I really wish I did. I ordered four dresses and only one semi looks how it's suppose to. The others are cheaply made and tons of issues. The flare sleeve tie detail skater dress looks like something from an Old Western movie. It's cheaply made like and the arms are sewn weird so I couldnt even lift them up properly. The red cape dress has a tiny hole for the neck. Luckily, my neck is small enough to fit into it. I think someone with a wider neck would struggle. Also, the arms are huge and dangle over one another. The satin midi wrap dress is horrible. I thought it tied at one end. No, it's two straps attached to the dress that you wrap around yourself and I guess tie and hide the knot. It's not even satin material SMH For me to return the items, I had to pay $4. I think for clothing made this poorly, shipping should be free. I placed my order in the evening of May 29 and received the items today, June 5. I paid $9.99 for standard shipping.”
“i bought the pettie leggings that are ruched and they are so see thru and they where a good price but i wouldnt recommend it because they are see thru plus you have to pay for shipping which made it a higher price also i got the hoodie aswell which i think is amazing i would get the hoodies but not the leggings”
“Oh my days where do I start...let’s start by saying I wouldn’t even give them a one star... I ordered next day delivery only for my items not to arrive the next day. My items arrived two days later. When I finally got in touch....was via messenger as no telephone number to complain. I asked for my delivery charge to be refunded. Apparently it’s no big deal if you don’t get your next day items the next day....they offered to give me a next day delivery code even though they clearly can’t honour next day delivery!!!!! I was communicating with about 7 different advisors in the end who have no idea what customer service is. One of whom said she was unable to give me head office telephone number as it was breaching data protection laws!!!!! Don’t think she realised a simple google search of the company listed the head office telephone number. Awful customer service and the quality of the clothes is very poor too. One word folks - AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Bought 2 items and you have to pay 16$ for the shipping. They canceled an item because it is apparently « out of stock » but wasn’t when i ordered. Now they won’t cancel my order for just one shirt the same price as the shipping. They really just want to make money over everything else. Now i’m gonna have a shirt for the double of what it is worth. Also, have ordered a lot of clothes from there before that and most of the time it looks good but the fabric is so thin for what you pay and its almost uncomfortable. Also, if you return, you don’t get the price of the shipping back, which is pretty pricey imo. Don’t order from this company, order from somewhere else really...”

The quality honestly isn't amazing, but the items are cute and you get what you pay for! I'm about 5'5 weigh around 120 and I fit a size 6. The sizing does run a little weird but they have measurements listed so it is easy to find your size.
