“Its the worst company I have ever dealt with. No contact telephone number. The Email add to Customer Services is full and unable to deliver. Its been almost 2 months and no sign of my refund. Its appalling!”
“I ordered a pair of their boots and when it arrived it was the wrong one. I emailed them to let them know they sent the wrong one (with pictures included) and to send me the the correct pair and a shipping label for this box. When they finally got back to me, to do the refund online but I saw that it was gonna charge me to print the shipping label. I felt as though they were the ones that made the mistake so why do I have to pay to return it ($4). In our emails I consistently reiterated that I will not pay the shipping fee because they were the ones that made the mistake. It wasn’t even only about the money, it was the fact that they charge even if they made the mistake. They told to pay for the the label and send them a pic of the receipt once it’s done and my money for both the shoes and the shipping would be returned.
At the post office I had to also pay for a box because the return label boohoo charges you for need it’s own box and not just the boohoo bag. Now that’s an added $3 and some change. Mind you when you order the shoes you also pay $10 for shipping. The shoes were like $22 or something along the lines of that. The emails were over a span of several days because they take a while to respond. Once I shipped the item and told them everything that I was charged, I also attached a pic of the receipt for the shipping label and box. It was after this email that they completely stopped opening my emails (I have an email tracker so I can tell when it’s opened).
After some time, I received an automated email stating that my money has been refunded. When I checked the refund, they only refunded me the $22 Nd some change back that was the cost for the shoes. The didn’t refund the initial $10 shipping fee, the $3 shipping box fee, and/or the $4 shipping label fee. When I contacted them about all of this, they continued to ignored my emails.
I have never left a bad review before but my whole interaction has been terrible with boohoo. Their stuff isn’t the worst quality so my problem is not in regards to that. The problem I have is the fact that they were the ones that made the mistake of sending the wrong shoes, yet they still charging you for all of the shipping costs include the one from the first order because you don’t get a full refund that includes the shipping price. It’s really frustrating to communicate with them because they make promises that they can’t keep and when it comes time for it, they just ignore your emails. I believe all of their acts are intentional because they don’t even allow reviews on their website but you can clearly see here that I’m not the only one that’s had a problem with them. I do apologize for the extremely long review but I wanted to include all of the details.”
“DONT ORDER FROM BOOHOO. Ordered twice now from boohoo. Been extremely disappointed. The material they use is HORRIBLE and cheap and their sizing it horrendous , I ordered a bigger size of joggers just in case and couldn’t get them past my knees! Waste of money and can’t return as I don’t have a printer!”
“My order was delivered within 2 working days and when I contacted about returning one of my items, they were very friendly, efficient and helpful.
So 10/10 for customer service.
The only downfall was a pair of ripped jeans that I ordered in a size 10 that were just ripped so badly it literally looked like I done a crappy DIY job myself. Hence why I returned them.
I also didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t edit any of your orders before being dispatched.
I had accidentally ordered 2 of each items and about a minute afterwards I tried to cancel/edit and I had to wait for my items to arrive to then return them to get a refund.
Other than that I usually like the style and quality of clothes.

It took 3 weeks (costing £7.99! Almost half the price of the dress) for my wife’s dress to arrive and when it did, it was too small and too short so I tried to return it. Their website talks about a returns process at your cost but they have to authorise first/advise return address etc and after several e mails, this is finally what they said “.

“I paid $40 for sandals that took over a month to arrive which is no biggie given COVID but they arrived with an accent detail stitched differently on each shoe which I don't like. When I contacted customer service I was advised they and the vendor see no problem. In searching online I find the same shoes offered for a fraction of what I paid. I will use sewing scissors to remove the chains and enjoy the shoes as they fit comfortably and they are attractive. I'm displeased with paying more than I could have to modify the product and I'm displeased that Customer Service was sub-par.”
“Don't ever order from here.products arrived 3 days late when it's supposed to be next day delivery and nobody keeps you informed as to why. boohoo do false advertising the dress that I ordered was meant to be baby pink and it's an orange pink and it's the same catalogue number so obviously the way they portray it online is not what you get.also you think you're getting a bag in but what you're getting at the end of the day is cheap nasty thrown together trash please don't bother save your cash for something worthwhile”

“I have only ordered from Boohoo twice. The first order had a print that was in the wrong place. Imagine a bullseye, but instead of on the front it was on the back. Customer service argued with me and said that item was not faulty, and would not issue a refund. They said I could return it, but would not reimburse postage even though EU law states they should. When I complained about this, they stopped communicating with me altogether. The second order had a dress that was clearly sewn wrong. I sent a picture and they offered to refund me 5.00 (a fraction of the cost), saying if I could sew I could fix it myself. This company operates as if they are run out of China, not the UK. They don't care about repeat customers or word of mouth. Terrible customer service, and with 2 faulty items in 2 orders, it is obvious they have a quality control problem. I have had to contact the European Consumer Center to help me get my money back. I won't shop there again, and I encourage others to avoid them as well.”
