“This is the second time I’ve ordered from boohoo, and I’ve been let down once again. The jeans bad quality and the same goes for the coat. The coat is honestly shocking. The coat looks NOTHING like it did on the website. Makes this company look no different to wish. For a company like this you wouldn’t expect much better. It really is disappointing. “I ordered a normal top from boohoo, can’t remember the exact name of the top but it was sleeveless. It is a UK size 12 and it’s not even close to fitting me! Outrageous!! Looks like it could fit a 6 year old by the looks of it. Their sizing is really off it’s unbelievable. Boohoo please do better.
I wouldn’t recommend shopping at boohoo online due to their sizing. I would suggest about three sizes up because it did not fit me at all.”
“Ordered some clothes in June to wear on my birthday in July. Everything was normal and moving along great until July 3rd when it said my package was stalled in Memphis, TN. After about a week of no movement, I reached out to boohoo to see what was going on. They assured me my package was still on its way and told me if I don’t receive it by July 29th then I will “of course” get a refund for my order. I told them I ordered the product for my birthday on the 14th and at this point I didn’t even want the package anymore. They said that I still had to wait till the 29th to receive a refund, whatever. So July 29th comes and I reach out asking for a refund and I get a response that says “you’re package has recently been scanned and is on the move again! At this time we will not be issuing you a refund.” Keep in mind it’s now been over a month since I ordered, and almost a full month that the package has remained in Memphis, TN. I told them it was unacceptable that they are making me wait this long for a refund when this package is obviously lost and will not be arriving. They still refused a refund and told me if I don’t get my package by AUGUST 16th then they will refund me. Mind you, August 16th was going to be almost a full TWO MONTHS since I had placed the order. I called fedex to see what was going on and they told me they intercepted the package and will not be delivering it because it was sent to them EMPTY. FedEx told me all boohoo had to do was contact them and they would confirm it with them. When I told boohoo this, they told me that this was not true and I’d still have to wait till the 16th. They also refused to contact FedEx to see what was happening. I have ordered clothes from a lot of companies and I have NEVER been treated like this. They continually went back on their word, refused to investigate, and practically told me I was lying because they got caught sending an EMPTY package. Once August 16th came around I messaged them again demanding a refund and they sent back “It seems like your package was lost! If you’d like we can offer you a refund or a replacement package!” These people are crooks and scammers that refuse to take care of their customers. I had to open an investigation with my bank, FedEx, and Afterpay because of these people. If you check their Facebook comments I am not the only one who has experienced something like this. Please do NOT order from this company.”
“I am very pleased with my skinny jeans from Boohoo, they are a good fit and good quality for the price paid. On ordering it stated the delivery we would be within 5 working days and they were delivered quickly on the third day with emails confirming tracking and delivery and the time they predicted for the delivery day. “Terrible sizes.
I ordered a plus size 28 t-shirt and it fits my size 12 niece. Also I ordered knitted shorts and jumper set plus size 26. Couldn't even get the shorts last my knees. And they make it so difficult to send things back as you need a printer or need to travel by bus to the nearest asda. Terrible company. I will not order again and will not recommend anyone too.”
“This is by far the worst online clothes shop. I got some clothes from here before and they was all cheap and tacky. When I orderd again I thought I'd try again. Well.... i got two jumpsuits both extremely tight and see through! Really see through! Made so cheaply it's shocking. I got 2 of the same pair of trousers but in different colours, both in size 10 yet one simply doesn't fit? How does that even happen? I will not be going here again. Cheap and nasty.”
“I am 6ft tall and I ordered 3 pairs of Jeans all listed as Tall skinny jeans 35" leg, just 3 different colours. All 3 pairs arrived and not one of them measures more than 28" leg, way too short and am now having to return them all. They advertise the range as 5ft7" and taller, but they would barely be long enough for my 5ft6" friends. So annoyed.”

“Used the virtual size guide& exaggerated my size, it came up with 18, which is my usual size, but ordered a 20 anyway. It was an elasticated skirt. When it arrived, I couldn't get it past my knees! The waist measured 11" smaller than the UK average size! They're refusing to answer me as to why it's so small....shocking company!”
“I tend to love Boohoo clothes. I'm plus size and in proper shops I'm a 16 to 18 but boohoo I have to order a 20. Sometimes the quality is naff so I just return and always get refunded pretty much right away. I've bought some stunning dresses over the years which look really expensive on but cost less than £20. It's always my goto retailer!”

“I ordered 5 dresses - all size 10. I am 5 foot 5 and weight 8 stone. None of the dresses fitted me and I am not overweight. I am usually a size 8 in clothes but I head read online that Boohoo can run small so I ordered the size 10 to be on the safe side. Quality is terrible, material was thin, flimsy zips. Have to return the whole order now. Not happy. Avoid. Products depicted are not the same in reality. The sizing is all over the place.”
