“Ordered a tracksuit for my son which he really wanted. Washed it before he wore it especially during these covid times and the whole lot came out bobbly. Contacted customer services who said they don’t usually refund for a bobbly product. This had not been worn and just washed yet they didn’t care!! They finally agreed to 50% refund me bearing in mind this was a £32 tracksuit which I could have got a branded one for nearly the same price 😤😤 the Best Bit was then being told to use a RAZOR to remove bobbly bits!!! On a brand new item

“Received my order yesterday, there sizing is absolutely ridiculous. Ordered up a size to be safe and STILL 3 sizes small. Not to mention the ridiculous fee they charge to send the product back.
Customer service are so unhelpful, was in the hopes to at least receive a refund on the money I paid to send back but no luck.

On the date I ordered, the website clearly stated 28 days to return an item. The website still stated 28 days to return items on the date I tried to start a return.
However, the website would not allow me to initiate returns.
Nicole, Aimee and Ashleigh who work in customer service were very unhelpful saying that they'd changed the return times to 14 days even though the website still stated 28 days. I have a screenshot of the website to prove it states 28 days to return.
They've left me no other option than to initiate two credit card claimbacks to get a refund for the poor quality clothing.
I have been ordering from Boohoo for a while but the quality of clothing has deteriorated and I have to send more items back on every order.”

“I needed to return a blouse because it was damaged when I received it. They told me I need it to buy a return label which I did, but I never received the label, I contacted them right away and the only thing they did was apologize. I contacted them several times asking for the return label, they kept telling me sorry and that they forward the matter to the manager but still no label was sent to me. I asked for they refund (label) and they refused.
They refused to send me the label, they refused to refund the fee for the la label and they ignore my messages.
They are unprofessional, unreliable and thieves.”
“I have ordered 3 items, two knitted coords (the one which actually was 'brave soul' brand - I didn't know that they sell other brands too, was very nice, the fabric was so soft and excellent quality. The other knitted co ord, which was 'boohoo brand', was quite itchy and scratchy on the skin :/ So it will be uncomfortable to wear, especially for the trousers).
Anyway, the most disappointing part is the Jean jacket I have ordered in size 34 and guess what? It came in size 44 :p yeap, a little bit bigger than expected - actually sooooo much bigger. :/ I don't think I can manage to wear it... Is so heavy also and big for me. There is the return option, however since this is their fault I don't believe is fair for me to go through all this trouble for returning it back. Maybe I am going to give it as a present to someone else. Oh and note that there was no tag on the jacket..”
“I ordered some t-shirts, joggers, and shoes. The shoes were amazing quality, good sizes, and good pricing. The t-shirts’ quality was not the best but still wearable and good sizing. The joggers were terrible quality and terrible sizing. They feel like cheap plastic pants. The elastic around my ankles are way too tight, almost like it’s cutting off my circulation and they don’t even fit all the way down to my ankles.
Not too bad of an experience but probably won’t order from their site again.”
