“this is the second time i have had issues with this firm. first time was last year when i ordered a dress with next day delivery, only to receive the dress almost 2 weeks later after complaining so much. this year i ordered a jumper again with next day delivery 5 days later i received my parcel and this is only due to me ringing the DX head office to find out what had happened. Turns out boohoo didnt provide the full address to the DX company only the post code so my parce was undeliverable. i complained on the facebook page several times and subsequently i was blocked!! I am never shopping with this company again as i think the customer service staff they use are an absolute joke, so rude! how can you ignore paying customers when they complain and then block them but they're happy to take your money! A word of warning to anyone even considering ordering from this form.........DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“The return label won't print with a bar code on it. Their returns policy states I have to pay for it myself if this happens. It happens every time so I have concluded that Boohoo do not do free returns like all the other online retailers. I feel like I have been scammed.”
“I ordered a pair of boots a size 8 to be exact, when i got my confirmation email, it said a US size2 . That is not what i ordered, i ordered a 8.I quickly sent them an email asking them to please send me the right size and that a US size 2 does not exist!. I did not receive a reply back till 48 hours later and their policy clearly says 24 hours to receive a reply. My order had not shipped and i was hoping they put a hold on my order. I received a reply 48 hours later asking me to verify my information. My order number was clearly the subject of my email. Well my order shipped and from the email i got, boohoo sent the wrong size. Lets not add the fact i didn't get free shipping . Boohoo's customer service is such joke. I am so disappointed , now i have to go through the year long hassle of returning the boots back to boohoo. “Awful experience with this website. I ordered size 8 boots, assuming it was US sizes since it just said "8," and I was ordering from a US computer. Minutes after I ordered, I sent customer service an email to double check that I ordered US 8. It took 36 HOURS for someone to respond, and she did not even look into my order, even though there was time to fix it before it had been shipped. She sent me: "As we are a UK company the sizing is converted at the checkout to UK sizing. You are able to compare these sizes to your desired size using our size guide." She clearly did not even read my email!! Absolutely terrible customer service. I emailed back explaining AGAIN that I wanted to confirm that I ordered a US size 8, but by the time they emailed back, my wrong-size shoes had arrived at my house. I was informed that they do not offer an exchange service, and had to pay almost $10 to return the stupid shoes. Boohoo is a waste of your time and money.”

They really need to stop using Myhermes as their postage courier as they always mess up and lie! they claim they have visited for delivery in their tracking where as they haven't and think we are stupid! god knows how long this has been going on for and how long more it will! at this rate boohoo will lose all of their customers as the key to a successful online store is deliveryyy!!!!

“They sent me out the wrong item, I complained, they sent me out the same wrong item again (the company had labelled the wrong tops and not checked) I asked them to send me a postage label (as I don't have a printer) to return wrong items and asked if I could get what I actually ordered. Their reply 'Well walk to your local library and print off labels yourself then return items and we'll send out what you ordered' absolutely disgusting...”
“Poor quality, ill-fitting clothes & they don't even include a returns in the package, you have to go through the so called online Returns Portal and download one.....if your printer is up the spout like mine, you've got to pay again to send the very disappointing items back. At first when using boohooman I became excited and happy with the prices and the hope that I would be a satisfied customer.
Unfortunately the clothing is absolutely awful the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. The clothes are poorly made rejects using the worst materials ever. Just long enough to fall out of the returning date. They either fall apart whilst wearing or never survive one wash
The customer service is equally as appauling. Automated messages lack of care and communication and refunds which never appear in your bank. No response to questions or queries.
Yes the products are cheap. But cheap for good reason as they are rejects. Poor stitching, uneven widths and lengths, sizing discrepancy you name it I've found problems with EVERYTHING I've bought from this company. Zips so poor they jam and get stuck. Metal zips sharp and rough. Moulds with sharp edges.
What is worst is when you decide to return your items boohoos appalling customer service does everything it can to make you give up. It's a big scam. There's a 365 days a year sale and even when half price these clothes are worth a quarter of that.
Supermarket clothes and cheap high street stores are 5x better quality and these are among the cheapest ways of buying clothes.
I cannot express more ANYONE thinking of buying from boohoo please save yourself the trouble and time it's like being robbed by fraudsters or mugged when out shopping.
I hate to think who suffers making these clothes and I will be reporting all my findings to trading standards EVERYBODY AVOID THIS ABSOLUTE CON”
“I have been left feeling stressed and confused by boohoo. I ordered a dress last Sunday- I paid for next day delivery. on the Monday I waited in all day and by 8.30pm I emailed them asking where my parcel was. The next day I had to go away, so my mum waited in all day Tuesday and Wednesday. I got a reply saying there was a query with my address. I emailed back saying what was the query (they never told me what the query was) they said they had tried to attempt to deliver it 3 times which is absolute rubbish. (we have a yappy dog- so if someone had been knocking on my door the whole street would of known about it!) I then asked for the parcel to be sent to my London address, which boohoo agreed on. Then I got sent an email saying my dress has ran out of stock. How has it ran out of stock if they had been trying to deliver a parcel to me???. they have literally just shot them selves in the foot by trying to lie to me! I've managed to get my money back, but I'm left without that dress and feeling a whole lot of distrust for boohoo. so many emails sent from me trying to push for answers and the customer service has been vague and terrible... even spelling my name wrong. The last time I ever use them. (if I could give them minus stars I would)”
