“Absolute nightmare!
Ordered parcel 2 weeks ago and courier was not able to deliver my item, even though the delivery address is a Company open 24/7. Contacted customer service who were unable to communicate with the courier to send my parcel back to them as I was no longer interested in receiving it. To this day I don't have my parcel or my money back.

“I have ordered from boohoo many times now, and I can fairly confirm that the only decent thing that was sent to me was a bag! A bag! Given the fact that it can hardly be messed up really. But I ordered a body suit, not only had it started fraying but it was totally poor quality! I could easily get MUCH better quality in Primark which is fair to say! Another issue I have had is when I purchased two items, a jumper and a jacket. The jumper started to pull in many different areas VERY easily which I think is absolutely disgusting given the price.(£20) it was very poorly made may I add again, the jacket stitching was absolutely horrendous! it started to come away and it had tore under the arms, this jacket was not too small for me may I confirm, when I had complained they decided to send me a replacement, As soon as I opened the package I could immediately see holes in the jumper, it's as if they didn't even check over the items before sending! The jacket was not better either. I had confirmed I will not be purchasing from them again and they wanted to add on a £5 store credit for the hassle, keep it thanks. I think the only decent thing about boohoo is that they offer next day delivery at such a low price. But overall, absolutely disgusting. Poor, poor quality clothing.”
“I ordered with Boohoo 3 times, every single time something was wrong. First time the size on paper label was different than on shirt. Second time they sent me similar top than on website but it wasn't THIS one. After all I decided to give them next chance. I ordered a knitwear, it supposed to be red. It came in different colour and what is more the quality is very bad!! I think there are much better 20 pounds knitwears. Horrible shop!! No more shopping with them!”
“First ever order, ordered a coat. Low on stock Boohoo cancelled order and emailed stating a refund would be given within 5 working days. Now nearly 2 weeks has gone by no refund! Have emailed, have sent face book messages and they have said 5 working days even though it's been over 9 working days. Just refund it for goodness sake! It's not your money I don't have the goods and nor do you intend to send it so refund! Pay pal are now informed and I will NEVER use your company again as I'm having to fight for money that is rightfully mine.”
“I use to LOVE shopping with Boohoo, but recently their service has gone down hill! Especially with they delivery service!! I made an order at 9.41am Wednesday 12th October, i paid for a next day delivery, and its now Friday 14th October and i still haven't received my items!! Next day delivery is sent on an 8am-9pm!!! delivery service! 9PM- are you joking!? It has never been this way before!! No one delivered yesterday and even if they did, no card was left or anything. Its now Friday and i have just received a text saying a delivery was attempted but no one was in!! YES I AM!! No one knocked or rang! your company has delivered so many times in the past to this address!! Tried contacting customer service via Twitter, and i kept being told that someone will be with me ASAP, the longest time i had to wait was 13 hours and i still had to prompt them for a response! You can clearly see on twitter how many unhappy customers you have! Going to avoid using Boohoo again, which is such a shame as i use to love it so much!!”
“Wanted to return unwanted item because i was house bound with operation Spoke to customer advisor for alternative to return item because I don't have a printer. I was digustingly rude claimed he was a manager. Wouldnt let me pt a complaint in. Senior manager rung me he also extremely rude. Seems like they've not been tained or they've been traind to talk over customers or terminate the calls. Felt like i was talking to someone who worked for shabby company Boohoo really need to sort out there customer service advisors. Theh dont even desereve 1 star”

“Absolutely the worst store I have ever I will never ever order from here again. The worst customer service !! The orders take up to 2 weeks even when you pay for expedited shipping !!! And the when your clothes do arrive they are ripped and cheaply made! I ordered for my vacation and paid for faster shipping so I can have it before. “Made my first ever order with boohoo on Monday and paid for next day delievery as needed them for an event on the Thursday evening boohoo claim to have delievered my items but today is Saturday and I still do not have them. I've emailed boohoo and they responded 2 days later to ask me to confirm my address I replied straight away to receive a email back saying they will be in contact again in 48 hours. I'm disgusted in the service I have received I have paid for my items which I do not have and boohoo have not issued a refund. I would avoid ordering from them again at all cost complete rip offs!!!”
“Terrible company, every item I order is terrible quality. Bought some trainers that feel like plastic bags on my feet, a pink onesie which is so thin and poor quality that its see through! Don't even get me started on the customer service, what a joke!! Sent me a white top covered in makeup stains, had to ask for a replacement about 100 times, was too late by the time someone actually responded to me as I had left for uni. Still haven't had a refund! Never ever going near this company again.”

“I ordered a Megan MA1 scuba bomber in the black and there was a whole in the armpit section as the sleeve had not been sewn on properly. For me it wasn't that big of a deal as I know how to sew but for other people who can't, this can be very inconvenient.”
