“Boohoo emailed me with a 15% discount code to use before midnight that night. After spending a considerable amount of time trawling through not the best site to use I got to checkout stage about 11.05pm to be told the code had expired! Funny I thought 11pm was before midnight. I contacted boohoo customer service to be told they didn't know why it didn't work but never mind I could try next time they have a discount code! What a complete waste of time. They also suggested that I'd tried to enter 2 codes, I hadn't and that I had sale items in my basket, I didn't. Appalling customer service to not even try to offer an explanation or a courtesy replacement code and to try and suggest it was my fault. Dishonest, deceitful and false advertising. Guess they thought customers were stupid enough to be lured in with a false offer and just put up with it.”
“Boohoo is a cheap site and has good clothes and I have been their loyal customer for years. However, I have had a problem with my parcel getting lost and their customer service team is a disgrace. “This company will charge you $15 for express 3 day delivery and it will still take a minimum of a week to receive your order and their tracking system is terrible. The excuse will be that there was a delay (each time because it has happened to me twice now). There is no real way of knowing when your items will come. I reached out via their chat system and was told my clothes have been held up at customs and may take an additional 3 days to arrive. I need them tomorrow, I ordered them a week ago and paid to have them in 3 days.”

I received and incorrect item in the beginning of may 2016, did receive the refund after few emails, but the refund of my shipping fees, which I have legal claim on according to their policy, never came. “An issue on their website caused 6 of the same products to be charged and delivered to me by mistake. I then had to buy ink for my printer to print the returns labels for all products. The initial order mishap cost me 124.46. I was refunded for the prodicts and not the delivery (which was through no fault of my own). All together, the delivery has cost me 19.96!!!! That is more than 3 of the orders cost individually anyway!

looks a two colour (black/white or navy blue/white). In reality it has more colours (pink,and green/gray) and they are not subtle.

“Extremely poorly made clothes - stitching is uneven and there has been more than one occasion in which the elastic waist of the skirts that I have bought have not been sewn on properly at all. In other words, the quality of the clothes sold on boohoo would not pass off as acceptable if seen in a store. On one occasion I have had to contact boohoo with regards to my order being sent to the wrong address, the response did not help me in any way and I was told to contact the courier (which a) is not my job to do, it is theirs; and b) after visiting the courier website, they advised me to contact boohoo). Also the customer services assistant addressed me by a random name, which I found almost as funny as I found it offensive. To add to this, they also sent it to the (wrong) address at a much later date than the next day delivery service I paid for promised. In short, buying from boohoo is both a waste of time and money, and I can name at least half a dozen budget high street stores that sell better quality clothing at cheaper prices.”

I paid $15 for expedited shipping, the items were not delivered by the promised date, boohoo did refund me the shipping and said the items would be there in a few days "fingers crossed". I followed up with them once the new delivery date (based on the tracking number) passed to say how disappointed I was and that I ordered those items for a specific event. The customer service agent said they had a delay with their courier and they had no further info, she also wrote I am sorry that you feel this way. Which is confusing, and almost laughable. You're sorry I feel what wAy ? I am disappointed in your customer service, your desire to rectify a problem and your ability to connect with a new customer.

To be honest quality of the product is very poor.. 1st day worn I realised the stitches & the material falling apart, not only this white spotted dots appearing out of the jogger.
I've brought bomber jackets before aswell same problem I had stitches and wool popping out of jackets..

“When you receive a damage item from Boohoo you're suppose to get refunded the shipping charges for having to return the faulty item, I sent Boohoo a picture of the shipping charges receipt at their request 4 times and still haven't received my refund so I decided to let the issue go since I did receive the refund for the item but not the refund for the faulty item as they policy states. I then purchased from them again (like a big dummy) and had to return those 2 items due to the sizing and I can't seem to get my money back, I tracked the package and it shows it was delivered to Boohoo almost a month ago. When I contact Boohoo they say they haven't received it, then they tell me to send a picture of the receipt, which I did, that's when all commication ended, I haven't heard any thing since. All I want is my money back and now since they want to ignore this issue ad well I'm also asking for my shipping refund on that faulty item, I will never purchase ANYTHING from Boohoo again,”
“Ordered some clothes for next day delivery, they didn't turn up but on the tracking site it said it was delivered! It's taken 2 days for me to get a response as there are no contact numbers just emails and then you have to wait 24 hours to get any reply! We go on holiday in 2 days the clothes I ordered were for that.
