“I ordered a Megan MA1 scuba bomber in the black and there was a whole in the armpit section as the sleeve had not been sewn on properly. For me it wasn't that big of a deal as I know how to sew but for other people who can't, this can be very inconvenient.”

“Ordered 3 items, which were delivered in a timely matter. I tried everything on and none of it fit, so I put everything back in the original packaging with original receipt, put the return label on and went to the post office. First of all, their return label is just their address. You have to pay for the return. Fine. I mailed everything back, WITH a tracking number. Nearly a month later, there is no refund. I have emailed them twice. The first time, the customer service person emailed me back saying the items haven't been received. I provided her with the tracking number that gives the day and time of arrival, and never heard back. A couple days later, I received a standard form email thanking me for my interest in returning an item. I responded, again with the tracking number and my order number. I stated that the items were in fact received, and I want a return ASAP. Once again, no reply. Definitely do not recommend buying from here.”
“I ordered my item late Saturday night knowing full well that I wouldn't receive my item until Monday. However, I still have not received it and it's 20:27 pm on Monday night. I then messaged boohoo on Facebook and they said that there was an address query that they did not inform or ask me about, however they said I would have to allow 24 hours for my item which is useless as I need it early tomorrow. Will not recommended boohoo to anyone and will never buy from boohoo again. Disgusting”
“Hermes apparently delivered my parcel even though i never received it. Contacted Hermes and they did not get a signature - no surprise there. Boohoo only contactable through email and they take 2 days to respond. I needed these items for my holiday and now have no chance of getting them. Will never order through Boohoo again.”
“Tried to return two items costing £15. The time I spent writing emails just to get a returns label wasn't worth it and I have now given up and thrown them. I have banned my three teenage daughters from buying things from Boohoo so my money is now going to Asos (which incidentally doesn't have a problem accepting returns costing three times more than this Boohoo order). “First time I have used Boohoo. The sizing was inconsistent and the quality was poor. I was unable to print a Returns label as their system said my order number or email was wrong. They were both correct so I emailed Boohoo (no customer service number available as the "do not welcome callers".) They replied but I don't think they read my email because they said I should enter the order number that is on the Delivery note and my email... D'oh and If I am unable to print it then I would have to pay the return costs. Bit of cheek as the problem is with them. I've emailed them again so will be interested to see what happens. “Boohoo emailed me with a 15% discount code to use before midnight that night. After spending a considerable amount of time trawling through not the best site to use I got to checkout stage about 11.05pm to be told the code had expired! Funny I thought 11pm was before midnight. I contacted boohoo customer service to be told they didn't know why it didn't work but never mind I could try next time they have a discount code! What a complete waste of time. They also suggested that I'd tried to enter 2 codes, I hadn't and that I had sale items in my basket, I didn't. Appalling customer service to not even try to offer an explanation or a courtesy replacement code and to try and suggest it was my fault. Dishonest, deceitful and false advertising. Guess they thought customers were stupid enough to be lured in with a false offer and just put up with it.”
“Boohoo is a cheap site and has good clothes and I have been their loyal customer for years. However, I have had a problem with my parcel getting lost and their customer service team is a disgrace. I have been made to feel as if I have done something wrong and yet I am the victim here. They have taken my money and I have no parcel and they are ignoring me when I ask for a refund. “This company will charge you $15 for express 3 day delivery and it will still take a minimum of a week to receive your order and their tracking system is terrible. The excuse will be that there was a delay (each time because it has happened to me twice now). There is no real way of knowing when your items will come. I reached out via their chat system and was told my clothes have been held up at customs and may take an additional 3 days to arrive. I need them tomorrow, I ordered them a week ago and paid to have them in 3 days.”
“Never ever I´m gonna order from that page again. I received and incorrect item in the beginning of may 2016, did receive the refund after few emails, but the refund of my shipping fees, which I have legal claim on according to their policy, never came. I´m still trying to get my money back, but unfortunately still have not received a positive message.
