“Ordered an item from Boohoo over a month ago, I returned the item as it wasn't suitable. Used there free returns label only to have the item sent back to me saying "no such address" I contacted Boohoo they offered to pay the postage, scanned the receipt to them and they decided not to refund me the full amount! Now been waiting well over a month for a refund on the item.”

“I ordered from Boohoo a pair of overalls. When i received my order confirmation, i saw that rather than it being a size 6 the order was in a size 10. I thought i must have made the mistake of putting the wrong size. Customer Service told me they could not cancel my order and that i would have to wait for it to arrive and return it. I ordered the same item again (as i planned to wear them somewhere) and was sure to click the right size as i did not want the same mistake of having the wrong size. When i received my email confirmation, it AGAIN said a size 10. This time i knew i picked the right size the first time but that Boohoo's computer system screwed up and changed my size twice! Now i am stuck with two items of the wrong size and have to wait 21 days for a return. It is not worth even ordering from this site!”

They took so long to reply to my emails (48-72 hours each email) and kept ignoring crucial parts of the emails. They would tell me they "couldn't help and were sorry"! All for a mistake THEY made that not only duplicated my order, but sent the wrong colors, sizes, as well as had a few items missing! Then they expected me to pay for return shipping!! Who does that??!!”
“I am very disappointed with the service boohoo have provided me with, I would not even reward them with 1 star if I had the option to do so. I placed an order on Sunday at approximately 11.30am and relied on next day delivery as the delivery details on their website lead me to believe that my order would arrive by Monday. After complaining multiple times to the boohoo customer services team on twitter, I received my order on Tuesday to find that the dress I ordered was completely see through!!! It appears to look completely different in real life than online, which I find very deceiving and misleading. I also find that it is very poor quality in relation to the price I payed. I have contacted boohoo in regards to returning the item and I am again quite disappointed that I am not provided with a returns slip, and have to print one myself and I am also annoyed with the fact that my money may not be returned until 21 days time! Very unimpressed!”
“I placed a large order with boohoo.com on March 7th (27166699) and it arrived March 15th. Nothing I ordered fit, so I paid for the large order to be returned to their return center in Georgia. When I never heard anything for a few weeks I contacted their customer service and they responded quickly and explained the 21 days because of the UK return center. Once those 21 days had passed I tracked my return and saw that it had arrived in GA on March 30th. They again stated that it takes time to arrive in the UK, fine. When I began to contact them again about they explained I needed to provide proof of shipment and send them all the items from my order. Also, they always responded within the 24 hours that an automatic email states when you contact their customer service. But when I asked for a copy of my packing slip and their Georgia return center contact information on May 5th, no one responded to me. So I contacted Panther Parcels who confirmed that my return did arrive on March 30th and that BooHoo's UK center received an alert about my return being sent to them by Plane. I was then told by the Panther representative that it arrived to their UK warehouse on May 7th. I contacted them AGAIN on May 9th with all this information and the confirmation info I was given by Panther and I still have heard nothing back. I will just keep trying to reach out until someone from their customer service has the respect to respond back to all of the information I've given them. Extremely disappointing customer service, especially finding out they got alerted about my return and they still couldn't reach out to me even though we've been in contact since March.”
“I purchased some tips from boohoo on a monday in time to get next day delivery. It did not arrive on the Tuesday so I complained they said they tried to access but couldnot. My delivery address was my work address I have used boohoo plenty of times before and have previously had the same problem once. Although I had a delivery about 2 weeks previous to this from boohoo to the same address and it came fine with no problems during the day like u expect a delivery to turn up. Boohoo claim that it says when u purchase to allow up to 9 at night for your delivery. I cous only find this info on there website when u select evening delivery from having ordered in the evening which I did not! They use hermes as a delivery company. There are no ways of calling either company at all. The only way to deal with them is through email which boohoo can take up to 24 hours to reply to. I found them on Facebook and could msg them on there so I did and all they could tell me was the same thing hermes tracking details told me that they will re attempt. No card was left on any occasion that said they tried to deliver. They give u no option on boohoo website to leave a number for a delivery driver to call. The service is rubbish. They can't even contact there delivery drivers directly. So it's no Thursday and I still haven't received my items that were meant to arrive on Tuesday. I needed them for a night out 2mro and now I have to re think my outfit. I don't belive that hermes attempted to deliver my parcel at all. Usually they turn up about mid day not 8 at night. And if they do they should leave a card like the postman would or leave with a neighbour. I'm extremely unhappy with both boohoo and hermes services and won't be purchasing from them again. I think boohoo definitely need to change there delivery company because 68% of reviews on here are bad which says something in my opinion. I'm fuming.”

“I've been having the worst experience with Boohoo, and it's been over 2 months long of not receiving the items I order or a refund. I've emailed them several times for weeks on end. Yet, they never took ownership of labeling my address incorrectly on my package, which eventually got lost in the mail. The package was later mailed back to Boohoo, but guess what? They NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY! I am so disappointed with Boohoo service since they refuse to take responsibility for this situation. There was no one to talk to on the phone and they took days to respond to emails. I will NEVER recommend this clothing service, nor would I order from them again. I have never dealt with something like this from an online supplier, and this will be my last experience with such a poorly organized company. They don't care about their customers satisfaction.

“Would not even give it 1 star. I ordered my items to deliver next day however 4 days later I have till hadn't revived my package. They then emailed me and said they had lost it and that I needed to reorder my items after waiting 4 days for a next day delivery. “I made a purchase from boohoo over a month ago, it arrived nice and fast. However, one of the items arrived used, was clearly a return from someone else and it stunk of old body odour (not sure who checks their returns but they need to be fired) I emailed boohoo and they agreed to refund, however wouldn't pay for my return shipping despite it being a faulty item, credited instead $10 to my account which I told them will go unused as I will never be purchasing from them again.
I returned the parcel and 3, nearly 4 weeks later still no refund! So I email them again and they tell me they haven't received the parcel! Funny how I never have any issues with parcels arriving elsewhere yet I send something back to boohoo and it mysteriously goes missing! Don't deal with this company ever, it's not worth the stress. You can get the same cheap clothes elsewhere with far better customer service.”
“I have ordered from boohoo several times now, and every single item returned was not received by their US return center. I never generally have a problem returning from any other company, so I was in the habit of not saving the shipping receipt. They are disputing that I returned more than 4 separate shipments within this year, which I sent directly from our post office to the address listed on their website. I neglected to keep the shipping receipt, so I am out the more than 200 dollars. Never return to this company without taking a photo of your receipt! Even then, assume they will not give you credit for the return in the US.”

“BooHoo sells cheap clothing at a cheap price. That would be alright if they didn't have such lousy customer service. If you order from them, be prepared to be one big unhappy customer. To prove it, try and find a contact phone number so you can call them. They have so many problems, they can't handle the calls so they don't give out a number. And if you try to use their system of tweeting and direct messaging, expect it to take days to resolve your issue. I just gave up!!”
