Unsatisfactory with customer services and with returns. They don't acknowledge what you are saying in the email and always go beyond day 21. Doesn't even deserve one star!!! Very unhappy and will not be coming back. Boohoo, you have lost a customer!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted, had an allergic reaction to one of your dresses, messed about on the phone sent through to various departments. Finally got through to a manager and all they did was tell me to send it back to a different address, did not offer compensation for the time and messing about and the marks on my skin from the dress or anything!. Disgusting company never again! I will be spreading the word NOT to use Boohoo to my many friends and theirs too! DO NOT USE BOOHOO IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN. CHEAP MATERIAL, MASS PRODUCED IN A SWEATSHOP.

Ordered item for next day delivery, 2 weeks later, still nothing. The money has been taken from my account, but still no goods. I have contacted them 4 times and the only response I have had has been the automatic reply saying I will be contacted within 24 hours - I have been told this 3 times, but I am still waiting To just blatantly ignore you with no help whatsoever is terrible. I would never use this company again, and would recommend you don't either.

I placed my order on 08.03.16 to be received on the 09.03.16, I still have no parcel or no answer on where my order is currently to! I have gone through Hermes to see if they can help and all i get from them is 'You need to go through the company not us' I have emailed boohoo and it just states within 24hours reply!! I feel this is outrageous and i am not happy with the service! i have never had this problem before!! I use boohoo alot and it is making me think twice about using them again.

I made an order for next day delivery and the delivery said it will be on Monday 07 March 2016. I didn't receive the order so then complained to boohoo who could only offer a reorder and the payment for next day delivery. So then on Tuesday 08 March 2016 still no courier had arrived so I messaged them to only find out it was an apparent unsuccessful delivery and a calling card was left. However this is untrue as I was at my work address from 07:00AM up until 20:30. The calling card was apparently left at 18:57. They tried to say my company was closed but we are a 24 hour courier company in which the door is open constantly. I also checked the roads CCTV camera and no courier other than my companies had entered the street so this was an obvious lie. I was then told again they would reorder for delivery Wednesday 10 March 2016. So Wednesday today and I get a phone call from DX Couriers who tell me they cannot deliver today because they have no slots!!! I then had to pay one of my own couriers £20.00 to go and pick the order up from the courier company, boohoo have since been ignoring messages/emails and think all of their customer service needs re-training as they are very patronizing and quite frankly disgusting! Have asked to be reimbursed for the £20.00 they owe as I had to pay for a different courier to collect and then when he got to collection they tried to say the order number doesn't exist!!! I personally will not be using again and will advise everyone else not to!!!!!!

The jumpers I ordered are the cheapest quality I have ever seen. I ordered two at once and one of them had a hole aready on it. I had been wearing them for 4-5 times and they look like a year old jumpers.

I've ordered from my share of rubbish websites but this is far by the worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer! My parcel was supposedly delivered to my house, however when I got home there was no parcel or note. The delivery information online stated that the parcel has been left on the doorstep, and why, I ask, would you leave a parcel on someone's doorstep in a council estate. They didn't even try to hide it in the bush. So now I have no parcel as it's clearly been stolen and will have to go though the long, long, long process of getting a refund. GREAT JOB GUYS, never shop here.

I ordered a pair of boots looked good quality when arrived fast delivery they wer poor quality and didn't fit sadly I'm disabled live alone and destroyed the returns label e mailed got no reply telephoned customer services who said they would email returns when tried to explain my situation said some one would be in touch snd put down the phone very disappointing obviously not interested in catering to the disabled who might still want to look fashionable would not recommend would never order again

A terrible company... I ordered and paid for next day delivery. I use a service called Doddle to receive my parcel's and Doddle's shop front is bright purple and the doors clearly marked. However, boohoo use the worlds cheapest/worst courier (MyHermes) to deliver parcels and so the driver said there was an "Access Issue". I contacted the courier who said that I must contact Boohoo. I then contacted Boohoo via Twitter because it is either that or email. The responses I got from Boohoo were ridiculous. Here is the convo so you can judge for yourself: Me- Hello, I ordered via next day delivery but the tracking says "Access Issue". I use a service called Doddle to receive my parcels and they guarantee that nobody tried to deliver. Can you please explain what the issue is and when I will receive the parcel? HermesTracking: 123456789 Boohoo order: 12345 boohoo help team- Hi, it seems the courier had trouble accessing your property when they tried to deliver today :( - Ashleigh x Me- That is what the card says but as I mentioned in my initial message, Doddle were open and ready to receive my parcel. So, to be clear, I am asking what trouble they had when delivering my parcel. Please give me some helpful information as opposed to just telling me the obvious. boohoo help team- Are there any certain buzzers or doors that the courier will have to go through? - Jodie x Me- No, Doddle is a company that collects parcels for customers. I have only shopped here once before and I should have learned from that experience. I ordered 4 items on February 2nd and received my confirmation order letting me know it had shipped on February 3rd. After waiting the 8 days I attempted to contact customer service with an inquiry as to where my package was. I had tracked my package with the information provided and it said the expected delivery was Tuesday the 9th and Thursday the 11th. I could also see that it arrived in customs in Chicago on February 4th. First email with customer service was a fail. I had clearly stated in the email I had tracked the package and their response was almost as if they had cut and pasted the information I already said I had. Since then I have tried to have multiple conversations with customer service via email. Not only did they address me with a different name (because glancing down at the name you are replying to is apparently extremely difficult) but when I only received 1 of the 4 items I had ordered, they then responded in an email “great news! Your items are in your designated city”. Are you serious? Did you not even bother to read the infuriated email I wrote? Your companies sales jumped recently cause of new customers like me, but I promise they will plummet with this hideous customer service approach. Customer service 101: 1) address issues and concerns 2) get the customer’s name right. I will never ever even look at this website again. Your prices are not competitive enough to deal with the disgusting disregard for your customers. Expanding your company will only make it more hilarious when you fail. It appears I am not the only one with these opinions. It is currently February 17th and I have 1 of 4 items I paid for on February 2nd.

Poor service, I ordered two items, had an email to say they had been shipped then another one to say they had been returned. They hadn't even attempted delivery. No one can confirm why this has happened only guesses. I needed the items for a holiday but it's too late to re order. Never buying from Boo Hoo again!

ordered an item to wear for a funeral as it was the only place that had what i was really looking for... ordered on a saturday for next day delivery to my work address as i wasn't going to be at my home address when the estimated delivery arrival would be. I waited all day monday to recieve it, checked my tracker online to find that it had gone to the wrong courier, i had no clue about this, no one from boohoo made me aware that my parcel had been sent out to the wrong person, i had to find out for myself. contacted boohoo by email and was told it would be sent back to depo and re sent to the correct courier and should be with me tuesday. still nothing on tuesday checked my tracker again which told me there was an address query now... so i emailed boohoo again to ask when it would be reattempted for delivery, they had no idea!! The answer i keep being given is we can't garuantee this... you would of thought that they would be in contact with the courier service they use to find out what is going on witht there customers deliveries? apparenly not i was told "we know as much as you do unfortunately" it is now wednesday... still no sign of my item being delivered.

This online store has the worst Customer service I ever experienced. I ordered a gift (holidays weather) for my niece before Christmas and it arrived three weeks later. My niece never got to wear it because the arrival time was too late. I've asked several times for a refund during the month of Dec. and then when I received the item shipped it back and now they claim the item has not arrived back to them. Now, we're in January 2016 still no refund. I believe they will keep my money after reading all the ratings. The representative online on the Twitter (online app help) was rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I will never order from this company again or refer friends or family. I'm a disabled person, living on a fixed income it makes me so upset that they are companies out there like this stealing money from their customers. This company doesn't care about customer satisfaction and keeping their customers happy. Which is essential to keeping your customers coming back in addition to having a successful company!! In due time, these poor ratings will keep customers away! We all need to report this company to the better business bureau as soon as possible!! Everyone stay away!

Their "customer service" team is so rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help let alone do their job. I returned my item on 11/30/15 and so I emailed them what is taking so long. Also included in that email was my tracking number, which with simple copy and pasting abilities will show that my package was delivered to the return address well over a month ago. They kept insisting on a "proof of purchase" but as everyone knows how can you even ship an item and track that items activity without the appropriate postage. Therefore giving them the tracking number and a picture of my package should be proof enough. But not the case at all they were just rude lazy employees who would just copy and pasted automatic replies simply ignoring all of my questions. All in all STAY AWAY!! They will practically find ways to steal your money. And BooHoo dont bother leaving a comment back giving any excuses why this happened just to save face. Shop from ASOS instead if youre looking for an amazing UK online retailer.

I ordered an outfit on the 16th November 2015 to wear for my husbands 40th using next day it didnt arrive. Customer services said it would be with me by the 18th November it wasnt When it did arrive it was to late and not very nice. I returned the item on 23rd November recieved confirmation on 1st December they had the item returned still have not recieved a refund though. Suppose to be a max of 30 days.

This is seriously the worst online store I've ever ordered anything. The products are much worse quality than the pictures on the website show and I had to return everything I ordered (two dresses, a bag and a necklace). This has never happened to me before and I buy most of my clothes and accessories online. Even worse is their absolutely horrible customer service, or more like lack of it. I had to contact them because I had some issues with the return package and both the answers in their official Facebook site and their email customer "service" were rude and snotty. I will never ever order from them again and highly recommend to stay as far a way as possible.

We made an order in October 2015, which we received promptly. But that's where the good news ends. We had to return several items which we did within the required timescales. It is now 10 weeks later and we still have not received our refund. We have contacted Boohoo on numerous occasions that have promised to refund us, but we are still waiting. This is outrageous customer service and we will now be seeking legal advice.

They are the WORST. I live in the US and have ordered items before and it was fine, everything arrived on time. This time i ordered a few things a week ahead of Christmas and chose delivery that would ensure it would be there on Christmas eve. My items never arrived. When i tried to find the number to call to see where my things were i found no number. i emailed as the website suggests and got an automated message followed by an email saying my package had been lost. I responded that i still wanted the items and i was assured they could be reordered and sent express so i would not have to wait another week. I received another email that two items were not in stock, i agreed to just have the other items sent. I got another email that they were being send standard delivery and i wouldn't get them for another week and a half. when i tried to respond and tell them that express delivery was promised since my package was lost by them and not me, i received another automated response and another email telling me AGAIN that the other two items weren't in stock, as if they hadn't read the prior correspondence. I tweeted at the company twice and got no response. I just want my money back at this point because its ridiculous. Upon calling the number to the office i had online the receptionist told me customer service "doesn't have access to phones" and that i should tweet for a quick response (Which i already did). After i insisted that i did everything i was supposed to do and things still weren't working she claimed she had no way to contact anyone from customer service. as a receptionist for a company that seems silly.. and downright stupid. long story short they are fine if there are no problems with delivery, but if there are, you're screwed because there is no way to get a straight answer from customer service.

Next day delivery ?? On several occasions I've had to settle with my order showing up 2-3 days later when I pay for next day delivery . When I message costumer service I always get the same rubbish "courier attempted but no one was in " why would I leave home when I'm expecting a parcel! This has just happened to me as I type and I felt the need to write a review as this is very ridiculous

Terrible service as ordered an item for next day delivery and failed to comply with what they offer customers and never received the item and still waiting for delivery of it. Very poor company as take your money and fail to deliver on time.
