“Countless times this company has delivered my clothes faulty. The quality of the clothes has been terrible, from stains, holes to broken shoes, the list goes on. And now for the 4th time in a row my parcel is yet again late! I ordered next day delivery and it has been over a week, i emailed countless times to find out firstly why i couldn't track my order and secondly why i am now having to wait two weeks for it to come. If they advertise there clothes to look a certain way they should send a product that looks like on their site. And lastly to top it off they have never offered any refund, compensation for the inconvenience of having to wait in my house and stop my day to day routine, and never ever cared enough to know that by them missing their deadline i have to pay more money to send it to another address!! Overall boohoo sells poor quality clothing, very poor service and doesn't care about their customers!!”
“i made an order on a Sunday it says 3-5 working days standard delivery in the past its been on time and fast, this time it is now Friday and they have told me my top will not arrive until Saturday which is for when i need it!!
ALSO i ordered a dress for this saturday eve on the day its is suppose to get delivered within the time they state on there website they decide to email me to let me know the dress is out of stock!! i am absolutely disgusted and have no other time to get another dress! customer service awful!”

“This company are an utter disgrace, and could not care less about their customers. I ordered a bikini from them on 21st Aug 2015, but as it did not fit, returned it using their own returns label, SELF ADDRESSED. Days and days went by with no confirmation of them receiving my return. I checked the Royal MAIL tracking site - as I obtained proof of postage - and it had been DELIVERED to their Preston Centre. Upon contacting Boohoo? DENIAL, DENIAL, DENIAL that they had received it. They would not even bother to accept the tracking number, and insisted on me photographing my proof of postage and attaching it in an email, which I did so. Days later I finally receive an email stating they had refunded me. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I paid £16.59 IN total, after a promo code had been applied. They refunded me only £12.60. I emailed them - 'It is because you used a promo code' which is totally irrelevant and illogical.......I replied that I paid a total of £16.59, and wanted my full refund. They then refunded an extra amount of - for some unknown reason - £1.80, once again still not amounting to my full payment. This now made a total of £14.40....and I had paid £16.59!!!! Once again, i contacted them to state that they still had not fully refunded me, then today I get a reply telling me that they had 'deducted the postage costs, and cannot refund postage', which again, is a downright scam on two counts. Firstly, postage is quoted on their site as £3.99, so even if that was the reason for the deduction, the figures do not equate, and secondly, THEY ARE BREAKING CONSUMER LAWS BY NOT ISSUING A FULL REFUND!! I would NEVER use this company again. They are incompetent thieves, and I shall be reporting them to Trading Standards and issuing them with a CCJ tomorrow - which is easily done online now. DO NOT USE BOOHOO OR BUY A THING FROM THEM!!! If I could, I would give them ZERO stars.”

“Considering boohoo do not have stores they should be on there website constantly updating stock, but somehow they don't. I don't know if it's lack of staff or common sense.
They will take your money in seconds knowing the item is not in stock. To then hold your money for as long as possible to gain interest.

On a number of occasions I have purchased next day delivery on at least 3 occasions each time me giving them the benefit of a doubt thinking it will run smoothly it never does. A week later I received my orders. I've spent a lot of money some purchases over £50 a time and the service you get for it is disgusting. Absolutely useless service.”

“My past experiences with Boohoo have been okay. The clothes have been as advertised (Although material is a bit thin) but my most recent experience with them was absolutely disgusting.
After paying £4.99 for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, I have still not received my order. I was due to get my "next day delivery" order on Wednesday. it is now Sunday.
I have sent in a complaint to their customer services, and was told I would be contacted by a member of Boohoo WITHIN 24 HOURS.
Well after the allotted 24 hours I messaged them again.
It's been over 24 hours since THAT message and I have still heard nothing.
I am appalled and shocked at this.
If I EVER receive my clothes which I have paid for, I shall be DEMANDING a refund for this service.”

I paid for next day delivery, yet my order was only just sent to the couriers the next day and the incompetent idiot who should have delivered it has not and according to the website will 're-attempt' in the 1st, when the bloody order was due on the 28th! I have contacted customer services on many occasions about this issue but have failed to get any response, which is bad considering that they claim to be open '24/7'. I know many other people have been having this issue, next day delivery is a waste of money and I will be demanding a full refund. In fact save yourself the stress and don't shop here altogether. “The quality is absolutely awful.. The white jeans I bought might as well be made of plastic they were so transparent, even with white underwear underneath you could see everything. Unwearable. And the leotard I purchased lasted one wear until the extremely thin material got a random hole in it. Lastly the Bardot top was so badly made, it was highly unflattering. “They are a Scam. The item was not as advertised. When I returned it with a tracking number and proof of delivery to them, they claimed that they never received it and would not refund me. They kept asking for more information, which I provided and after 26 emails with still no refund, I opened a Complaint with Paypal and was finally refunded after 2 months. Their name "Boohoo" says a lot.”
“This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give it. I paid for next day delivery and am still awaiting my parcel 5 days later and am told it will probably be another 3 days. The tracking system is pointless and updates with false information, such as "did not deliver- address query". There are no phone numbers and even when asked for them to contact me via telephone, they refuse and use email or Facebook. Emails come once a day if I'm lucky so nothing is done there. Facebook us slightly better but no one has any answers. The best they could do with all my troubles is give me a 20% discount on my next purchase (as if I would be ordering from them again).”
“No customer service whatsoever. They demand you to contact them through the extremely unprofessional media of Facebook and Twitter. There is no phone number for them or their courier company Hermes - indeed staff at Boohoo cannot even phone their courier company to query missing orders, they email and wait up to 48 hours for a response (again very unprofessional) as the customer Hermes the courier will not deal with you, you have to go through Boohoo to contact Hermes. They only have access to the same parcel tracker you have access to so they stupidly parrot this information at you via Facebook or Twitter (very foolish if you have messaged to say the tracker has changed status falsely - why? And they repeat the tracker information at you.) They are dishonest when dealing with you, making contradictory statements regarding delivery and proof of delivery. They are rude, ignore your queries and requests and simply state tracking information - at one point sending me a link to view the tracking information that I was already privy to.
I have ordered 3 times. The first was the same as this, the last ever time, the next day delivery failed to show despite sitting waiting for hoooooouuuuurrrsss. It took 2 days to sort that out and I vowed, never again. Foolishly I thought 4 years later, maybe they have sorted out their issue with substandard staff and procedures. I ordered a white shirt and a maxi dress (kept it cheap so wouldnt be out of pocket by too much because of these robbing clown's) arrived next day no problem. Shirt is lovely. Dress is cheap crap, poorly cut and poorly hemmed. But feeling confident I ordered an outfit for my Birthday night out. £4.99 next day delivery. Waited from 8am till 1pm when the tracker inexplicably changed to delivery failed rearranged for Monday. Spent from 1pm to 2pm finding out how to contact this outrageous company. Once I realised it was actually only twitter or Facebook I was even more annoyed. Then spent 3 hours arguing with whatever troll they have manning facebook. He or she ignored every query and request I made. He or she parrotted the tracker like a religious fanatic. Until after 2 hours they grudgingly offered to refund my 4.99 - like it was even disputed that I expected it back. For another hour I argued on whether that was or was not a goodwill gesture (it's not as per ecommerce rules - they guaranteed delivery and failed to adhere to that) appalling customer services, appalling procedures regarding courier communication and the most dysfunctional dishonest staff I have had the misfortune of ever dealing with. It was literally the crappiest day because of the people this company chose to employ and put in the public domain. Please, please save yourself the trouble, there are hundreds of these types of fashion clothes retailers, go to any one of them. This place should be dealt with and made to adhere to acceptable guidelines.”
“Order some clothes 2 days ago was suppose to deliver to a commercial address today. I work from 9-5 boohoo deliver till 9pm I have stated that I do finish at 5pm none of the member replied to my emailed or helped my out. for a respond I had to contact them via Twitter. ladies who "tried to help" who do not help at all; all they do is check the tracking number which is basically the same thing what I can do and I don't get paid for but anyways. Non of them helped me at all I've spend over £160 and for me to pay for delivery 4.99 next day and not receive it is just annoying especially know it's all birthday present clothes. Never came across such a bad service. Funniest thing is that they said they will leave it outside in a safe place !! It's a joke if that packages gets lots let's see what money I will get back. Never again I will plan to order from. They hVe terrible transport company who does not care about their customer one bit. I forgot to mention that the girl I spoke to said I never mentioned my 'company name' as it is a unit which belong to both companies it's very confusing so I have decide to put unit number and she told me there was an attempt deliver at 16:48 and I waited in the rains for 1 hour there was no one there not only they provide vs device but lie in my face. They might have nice clothes but for me if u don't know how to treat ur customer you shouldn't be in a buissnes like that! Wouldn't recommend anyone hVe a look how many unhappy customer that hVe on their Twitter then maybe they will sort it out when they loose some customer and provide better services.
