Ordered a dress on 6th Dec paid for next day delivery .Required for my sons charity event tonight (11th Dec). Still not arrived. Contacted boohoo 8 different times to be promised it would be delivered by the next day. Still not here and now how no dress to attend the event .Extremely dissapointed in boohoo, both the lack of effort your team made to chase up my delivery and lack of call centre - unless you are on Facebook you get no response to emails. Terrible experience and don't think I would ever use this company again. Most of my friends have also said they are disgusted by boohoo and won't use it again .

Awful!! Bought a bag and had it a week and the strap broke so went back on and bought another as it wasn't that expensive and only had it 3 days when the metal came off it!! Emailed boohoo who said they would refund me for both items I had paid for when I sent them back. Did this and they only refunded me for one. When I questioned this they then asked me to trek through order numbers and previous emails to confirm purchase etc when they had all the information at their end anyway! In the end I gave up with the hassle they were causing me and the time this was taking for something that was their fault!! Still awaiting a refund!!! Really unimpressed this was my first time using Boohoo and it will certainly be my last. Complete trash and awful service.

Poor quality, ill fitted clothes..... The actual material used for a dress i ordered looked sooo different from the website. It looked like material used to cover a sofa when i received it!!!!!! Don't waste your time and especially you money. Better off going to primark!!!!!!!

I never write reviews for websites however my experience with boohoo.com has been appalling. I ordered a top on a Friday and paid 4.99pounds for next day delivery as I needed it for the saturday evening. This order never showed up and it still hasn't, however they claim the order was delivered and signed for. So either this is a complete lie to cover their own backs or they have unprofessionally given my order to the wrong house. After many emails and attempts to get in contact with Boohoo they simply failed to understand the situation, i must admit they did offer to re-deliver my order at no further cost however as soon as I replied to this saying I did want another order delivered they did not reply. I had to tweet them, where they responded acting very nice and pleasant but as soon as we started to contact on a personal message on twitter their replies were late and simply ignorant. I did not once receive an apology from anyone working for customer service. I certain that I will never ever shop here again and I will make sure none of my friends or family will either. In the end I decided to ask for a refund as there is no way i would waste my money on this ridiculous excuse for a clothing company.

Ordered dress for the first time, fast delivery they said and still don't have it. Absolute disgrace. Con artists! Do not not not not buy off them!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous! Stay away at all costs!

Ordered items on a next day deliver, they didn't arrive to I emailed them, the email was sent back saying that they couldn't locate my order, however I have received a confirmation email stating it was in transit. When emailed customer service it says I have to wait 24 hours. So fat I have been writing two days for my next day delivery, the money has been taken from my account. I have no items delivered and nobody is responding to my emails to re-debit my account as I do not need the items anymore.

I ordered loads of items from boohoo, I soon realised that most clothes were too short and completely wrong sizes! I'm a size 8 and had to re order two dresses in a size 6 and 10. My order did not even post all of the items I ordered, I asked them to send then when they did they followed the usually boohoo trend and did not fit. I sent them back and I still have been charged for them. After spending what seems hours of my time getting a response I have been ignored for over a week after talking to two different people about this. If you are going to order from this company I would suggest not! They don't even have a helpline number to talk to! I certainly won't be ordering from this website ever again!!!!!!!

Absolutely awful!!! I placed an order on a Monday, didn't receive an email that it had been shipped at all that week so I emailed customer service. I told them I ordered the shoes for an event the next Saturday and that I expected 14 days would be plenty of time. 24 hours later they responded and assured me that I would receive them on time. Then I began tracking my package and it said. would receive it the day before my event. I was annoyed but relieved that I would receive it in time. Then today (two days later) I tried to track it again, both UPS and wndirect said information could not be found. Then I received another email from them saying my package shipped TODAY and I won't receive it until the 22nd of October. Entirely too late and absolutely ridiculous. If that is the case, that will be 17 days from the day I placed my order. I am very very unhappy with this entire process and do not recommend this company to anyone. Boohoo should take a few hints from Missguided.

Fast delivery but very poor cheap quality, in fact 2 identical tops ordered in different sizes and when they arrived they were different colours (supposed to be white) with different labels. Never will use they again !!!!!! I wrote a review on the top but it is nowhere to be seen, probably because it was a terrible review of their clothing!!

paid for next day delivery olready 6days. Tried to clame back delivery fee but boohoo refused to do that by claiming that there was attempted delivery. Basically they blamed me, but the fact is that last 6 days I waisted sitting at home and waiting for delivery and no one has rang my doorbell.

Very poor quality, sizing completely off, at a least 2 - 3 sizes too small. Don't get me started on the returns! It takes weeks and weeks to get a refund!! I'm still waiting 4 weeks after its been returned and they've got the item. Never again, may as well flush money down the loo.

Only ever orders twice and had to return items both time waited over 21 days for refund, only order if you plan not to return, never ever have you to wait this long for returns, disgrace

I ordered a co-ord set with first class delivery I never received this item untill I emailed them saying where is my item for them to inform me that it was never sent as the item is out of stock but the website still allows you to perchance the item which credits in stock. Very disappointing website will never use again!!!

Your site is always closing down on me half way while i am shopping. It has been like that for a year. You always put things on sale and after a few days the prices go way up again. I am not pleased with the customer service. I wouldnt be buying from u no more even though delivery service is good. F u guys

i bought 5 maxi dresses from boohoo and sent everything back. everytime i purchase from here the material is vile, nothing lasts more then 1 wash, nothing looks like pictures. i dont know how they get away with it.

Unbelievable the return system. I recommend you all read my experience before ordering with this Site unless you think that you will never have to return any items. Their return system is madness. I returned the items just right after I received them which was back in August 5th. And OF COURSE, they sent me a label where the return office is located in AUS while I'm in Canada and when I checked the return addresses after sending the package back, I found one address in Canada. WTH??? all they said was an apologies that the label was incorrect?? It costed me 40$ to return them. I told myself to let it go because it was also part of me to not carefully check the return addresses and FULLY trusted whatever they sent me. BUT, read their freaking return policy on the website, it tells you to use the provided label included in their package and only to download their address label when you don't have or lose one. so who would freaking think there is a different address??? so PLEASE, be careful with this. And finally waiting for more than a month, I emailed them as I still didn't receive the refund. AGAIN, they apologized and said my credit card was expired so they couldn't refund me??? say WHAT? my credit card expiration date is in 2017??? Am I in 2017 already? I assume this is just an excuse to not refund you. They then asked me to provide my actual bank account so they can refund directly. Never heard of this before. After provided my bank account, transit number and stuffs for an actual money transfer, they got back and said the numbers were incorrect?? OMG with all the troubles I went through, this thing really blows me a fuse. Of course I again sent them ALL the info my bank sent me for the money transfer. I'm now still waiting for their response to refund me. Can you believe how complicated for a refund with this Site?? I've been ordering online stuffs A WHOLE LOT and this is my FIRST time experiencing such a freaking return issue. I feel like they are doing this on purpose to make it impossible to get the money back. This Site is a freaking rip off. I bet all the good reviews is because those never have to return a damn thing. YOU BETTER WATCH OUT BEFORE ORDERING.ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL MAKE EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO NOT REFUND YOU.

UTTER CRAP!!! No contact number for boohoo or delivery company Hermes both ignore you waiting for next day delivery up to now 3 days late my parcel wasn't delivered due to address query for past 3 days they have had it on the van out for delivery? I find this utter rubbish as they have been delivering to my address for at least a year and in past week or so i've had 3 deliveries off them so why address query just an excuse for lazy drivers won't be using boohoo again or anyone who uses Hermes both ignorant and unprofessional don't know how they keep there business going...??? No phone contact for customers and ignore emails thieves is what springs to mind????????????????????????????????

I returned two items to boohoo for refund. On 8/25 it says it was received by the Atlanta Ga , their U.S. facility that doesn't process returns but only forwards packages to the UK to cut down costs for customers returning packages, via my tracking number on the receipt I received from my local post office not boohoo. I've contacted via email boohoo twice already on 9/4 and again 9/15 and both times I've received an automated reply. I I've yet to receive a confirmation email or my money back. These people are giving me the run around and I will never order from this company again.
