“ Why on earth does Boohoo use Hermes /Evri for their deliveries?!! they are useless. I've paid for next day delivery, which apparently doesn't actually mean next day it means 1-2 days... and it still hasn't been delivered! will I get the £6 delivery fee refunded?! probably not, effing ridiculous. Massively put off of ordering with them now because of the choice of courier. ”
