“ I've asked for proof of the cctv but no, Inpost wont accept a claim unless its by the company who paid/arranged the delivery, Have asked Boohoo to do a claim and still awaiting a reply but doesn't answer how the tracking shows Boohoo received it and they are taking no responsibility for receiving it. ”
