It is ridiculous there is no telephone number to speak to someone!
Inpost say they have returned it but Boohoo have sent no email to confirm this, my returns are showing as still in carrier's network which is absolute rubbish!!
The value of my returns are over £100 and this is just simply appalling customer service.

They charge you a fortune to deliver and then when you think returns are free they deduct the cost from your refund payment. In total costing you an extra £7 of non refundable money on the item you bought and refunded. Won't buy from them again. Daylight robbery
