*EVERYONE HAS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM*
I returned an order and Boohoo received it on the 12th July, and I STILL haven’t got my refund. I contacted them yesterday who advised it can take up to 14 days. If my calculations are right, 2 WEEKS AND 4 DAYS. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I ordered through Boohoo and the product was from a third-party, looks like other customers have had the same issue. Never had an issue with them before but they definitely have gone down hill. I also remember the days when returns were free

It is ridiculous there is no telephone number to speak to someone!
Inpost say they have returned it but Boohoo have sent no email to confirm this, my returns are showing as still in carrier's network which is absolute rubbish!!
The value of my returns are over £100 and this is just simply appalling customer service.
