“BookPal was great to work with! Our school saved so much money on our book purchases, and BookPal made it easy because we could order all our books from one source. Stephanie was very attentive and got back to us quickly with any issue with our order. They tracked down missing books and made sure we got everything we ordered on time! We will be using BookPal every year!”

“Our PTA gifted each student a book before the Winter Break. We had to order the kindergarten through third-grade bilingual books, which we chose to do through Bookpal. When I called to clarify an issue with the order, Lynette Washington was the person that made sure that everything was corrected to our satisfaction. She was reachable via email and phone throughout the entire process. This was the first time our PTA had broached this type of project. Lynette suggested the team that is set up to make it smoother next year. Due to Lynette's excellent customer service and the company's prompt response, we know who we will use in the future for high quality and quantity of books at the price we could afford.”

“Our account rep, Danielle, was fantastic. She was very proactive in suggesting items that might work best without our needs. We decided on a few different items and she helped us through the process from the beginning to the very end. It was effortless for us and I really appreciate the excellent customer service BookPal provides. “New Castle County Libraries purchased 2,000 books called This Tender Land by William Kent Krueger which will be given away free to books clubs in our area. We have dealt before with BookPal and have had great communication and great service. Their prices were also the best.”

“Book Pal was great! I asked for a quote on a Friday afternoon and thought that I might hear from them on Monday but someone responded within 30 minutes.
