“Not all my items arrived. I received a credit for two items that are still in stock and in stock when I received my credit. Items are exactly as expected and Pandora quality. The items that I ordered are now a higher price I feel that I should receive or be able to purchase @ price that I purchased and you should notify individuals not just credit via email with no explanation.”
“Ordered merchandise 14 Aug 2022. Contacted them 19 Aug 2022 stating I still haven't received a tracking number to follow shipment. Received an e-mail back. Was told the order was sent out in 2 different shipments. 1 Fed Ex, the other one USPS. Fed Ex shipment arrived 22 Aug. The USPS has still not shown up and I have no tracking number. Called Boolchand's and got an answering machine. Still missing 1 Pandora Charm.”
