Most Disappointing. Bought a card and flowers and neither boomf'd as advertised. Shan't bother again!

I haven’t received this product yet, it’s late and her birthdays on the 11th if it doesn’t come in time I have nothing to give her. Extremely disappointed and I have no idea how to track it as I don’t have a barcode

Very disappointed. Part of my order was missing and tried to sort this out and have now been ignored. Having to take up a dispute with PayPal now to get my money back. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nothing like the adverts, barely any confetti and didn’t explode very well. Very underwhelming. Won’t use again.😏

Ordered 2 cards paid extra delivery charge for 1st card to arrive on anniversary. Paid regular post for 2nd card to arrive before Valentines Day. Both arrived same day. 1st card was pop out butterfly z card was super Velcro shut. Card tore trying to open then butterfly jumped out straight down to floor. Terrible product. 2nd was a box with confetti. Was expecting box package instead my wife started to open a rectangular flat package . No instructions so she started to open when I saw the confetti so I immediately stoped her and had to find out what to do. Anyway the purpose of the cards was surprise and fun and instead has been disaster resulting in me going out and purchasing normal cards. Do not buy, these are untested and mis represented. Customer service offered me another card and not a refund for cards or postage. Again do not purchase this gimmick rubbish.

My partner opened to card and the confetti didn’t come out as advertised, it was stuck in the box. The pop out box was also disappointing and a spelling mistake on it.

The item ordered was not personalised when l recieved poor customer service as they haven't acknowledged my complaint. Would not recommend it to anyone toe rated less than 1 Pat

I never received my order for valentines day, the delivery was supposed to be here within 3-4 days. It has now been 10 days and i have hd no updates on this. I’m still holding out hope that it will show before then but I can’t believe the level of service for the price you pay for these cards.
