Purchased large birthday card for our grandaughter but on opening the butterfly did not fly out it flapped a bit as it was firmly stuck to the cards velcro fastening . Very disapointed in deed. ยฃ10 wasted. To top it all this review wobt let you upload a picture or video if your on your smart phone.

unable to upload photo, email customer service is ridiculously slow.... about 24 hrs before a response, gave up and did without photo a week later still hasn't arrived very disappointed in the non exsistant customer service wouldn't use again couldn't access live chat

I ordered a square shaped bix and received the cheaper flat version. Very disappointed.

Hi Keith, the Boomf Bomb arrives in a ripalope (essentially flat packed) which offers the pop and explosion! Please do reach out if when you open it, it's not quite right but this does sound like the right one for you! I hope you enjoyed it ๐ŸŒŸ

I got parcel and opened it to find a very small box which was nice with photos on it. I expected the chocolate bombs to be in the box with the confetti, which is not heart shaped it is round. The envelope with the confetti I opened the seal and then turned it over to see that it stayed rip here, it now does not boom, waste of money in my opinion.

The card arrived in order but the butterfly was out of shape, the elastic band was broken and so it never worked. A waste of money.

Very disappointed ๐Ÿ˜ž My daughter tried to disguise the fact that it didnโ€™t work by pulling the confetti and card out herself. Iโ€™d like a refund please!!

Absolutely disgusted with this service, I will be telling everyone how bad a service I received, I and my fiance live in Scotland, we ordered this product for our daughter living in Cheshire England, as we couldn't be there for her birthday due to the current regulations, her birthday was the 6th of Feb, so we ordered a week before, as we new there maybe issues with the delivery, due to said restrictions,it arrived late on the 8th of February, I actually paid for delivery, to add insult to injury, appalling our daughter is already suffering due to missing us, an the restrictions at present, an to not to receive this gift on her birthday, well just imagine how you would feel if your mum an dad didn't get you anything for your birthday an then you may understand how me and my family feel about this
