“Absolutely brilliant customer service. Had issues with delivery courier, BoxFox reached out and rebooked delivery proactively. Was then able to rush an extra order to us later in the week. Spoke to a wonderful customer service person, nothing was too much of an issue.”

“Boxfox got me out of a very sticky situation with another box delivery from overseas not arriving. Super fast delivery meant that I could still meet my deadlines. Pricing was super reasonable. The only thing I didn't love about the box I purchased was the lids being a little trickier than I would have liked and not holding together on occasion. Otherwise, fantastic.. and super helpful and accommodating on the phone for support too :) :)”
