“I won't be unfair since the product overall is good. It runs well and I am using it as intended. However I can't believe there is much quality control in this store since the ports and jacks on the back of the tower aren't aligned therefore making me unable to use any of the jacks. The only option given upon complaint was to return the product which is too inconvenient due to me using it for work. I am disapointed in the quality of build and testing prior to being sent out as I don't think this would have been a hard fix or difficult to spot. I guess someone could't be bothered the day my build was completed which is unfortunate. Still I've given a normal rating as everything else is spot on.”

“Rig worked fantastically out of the box, and was delivered with no issues whatsoever. However, I had to dock a star as Box forgot to install one of the pieces of 8GB RAM included in the order, and which was posted to me to install myself after a little back-and-forth. So, a considerable oversight, but one that was remedied relatively easily. Still very happy with the machine!”
