“Bought a Brakecrafters master-cylinder rebuild kit for my 2003 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R Nissin master-cylinder. All the parts were made in Japan and the fit and function is 100% of the original.”

“I was initially sent the wrong part. There was a bit of back-and-forth trying to get a return label email to me. The customer service representative I dealt with was very good. So while I’m happy with my interaction with the live person, I never did get the part I needed.”
