“After I notified Brakecrafters that a I’d inadvertently ordered the wrong caliper kit, I got an actual landline call from Mark to set me on the right path. Turned out there were several different possibilities used on my model year and he knew every detail; very knowledgeable and helpful! Return, refund, and correct ones to me within just a few days. Will definitely continue to do business with Brakecrafters!”

“I purchased a rebuild kit for my rear caliper at a reasonable price. I had a minor issue with the installation. I called tech support and the person I talked to was very thorough and walked me through the installation. The rear brake works perfect. I am very pleased with the product, price and customer support. I will continue to purchase products from Brakcrafters.”

“Hi there, I was very exited to get this kit for my Kawasaki KZ1300 but at the end it didn’t work. The brake caliper pistons do not fit the caliper, diameter of the pistons is slightly too big and to will need machining to make it work. The dust seal are too small. The only part I was able to use was the pistons seals. I used many of your products previously with no issues and will continue to use in the future.”
